My approach to your workout intensity with a keen focus on your health and wellbeing works. If you want to get serious about your workouts, then personal training is for you. Or are you stuck on how to use the gym equipment? Achieve your fitness goals faster and minimize injury with my guiding you every step of the way.

A personal trainer will help you develop the incentive to stick to your exercise plan. Guidance. Your personal trainer will teach you correct form, which will maximize efficiency and effectiveness and minimize the chance of injury. I can give you the motivation and techniques to go beyond your present level of fitness.

My name is Ron Aigle and I provide personal training services with a reputation for honesty and confidentiality which I believe is essential for a productive personal trainer/client relationship. I want you to lead a healthier and more confident lifestyle.

My workout techniques coupled with appropriate intensity developed into a solid fitness foundation that gave birth to Design by Fitness Personal Training and BE FIT JC Boot Camp in Downtown Jersey City.I was born in Trinidad and educated at South Bank University in London, England where I earned my degree in Exercise Physiology.
I believe change starts the moment you let the words "Yes, I can" into your life. What makes BE FIT JC group training a success? Exercises are changed up after a good set of reps with varying degrees of difficulty. I pride myself on being able to attend to every one of my clients even while in a boot camp setting.
I conduct a fitness consultation with every client to assess current fitness level and to identify any limitations you currently have or have encountered in the past. My goal is to develop a fitness and nutrition program customized just for you. These questions will help me understand your goals and any health or injury issues you may have.
Regular activity can help prevent unhealthy weight gain and also help with weight loss, when combined with lower calorie intake. If you are overweight or obese, losing weight can lower your risk for many diseases. Being overweight or obese increases your risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, type 2 diabetes, breathing problems, osteoarthritis, gallbladder disease, sleep apnea (breathing problems while sleeping), and some cancers.
After three weeks, I was ready to give up. Ron spent the next hour just talking about our lives outside of my gym, how what we were doing in the gym positively affects our lives outside the gym. FOCUS. Facing and conquering the next challenge, and the satisfaction that goes along with moving on to the next level.

Ron is a top notch coach who works with you on a 1-1 basis to take your fitness to the next level. I was fortunate to train with him, and he was instrumental in my journey of obstacle races and half marathons. Not only is Ron a great trainer but he can fix any sprains.

Ron has been a great trainer.
I lost 28 over three months thanks to his coaching. I have a routine that continues to challenge me while showing solid results. He provided advice on how to alter my diet to rapidly lose weight. He also held me accountable to make sure I stayed on plan. I look better, I feel better, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. He has the best attitude of anyone I’ve met.

I wanted to learn how to take better care of myself and Ron has helped tremendously. He's gotten me to the gym 5-6 days a week, taught me how to eat better and also think better about exercise and myself. Ron understands the mind body connection and it informs his philosophy as a trainer, which he generously extends to his clients. It's not always easy work, but once you see and feel results, it changes your life. Additionally, he's got a great group of trainees and makes a point of introducing you to them, so the gym begins to feel like a family.

BeFitJC is a great Bootcamp program for anyone looking to get fit irrespective of their current level of strength/fitness. The classes are short, 45 minutes, but you get a lot done within that timeframe. Ron, the trainer will push you CONTINUOUSLY. The classes are never too crowded and you get to know your fellow bootcampers so it's nice! All in all a great option.

Ron is a wonderful personal fitness trainer..
I've been out of shape for the past few years and needed that push. A friend of mine introduce me to Ron at our GYM. She hired him for personal training and in six weeks she lost 32 pounds, toned and looks amazing.
Ron took the time to sit down with me for a free consultation and discussed a plan that fit my needs and goals.
