I have always been fascinated by the deep sense of connection between the universe + our physical and energetic bodies. My true spiritual journey began many years ago on a yoga mat in Portland Oregon. As I continued my life journey, I kept returning to my mat as a place of peace + alignment with my true self.

Emilie's dedication, love and resepect for her yoga practice, and energy work shows in her classes. I have taken many of her yoga classes and because she's a certified Barre AND Reiki instructor she has the ability to build a class that either pushes your body, or completely relaxes and opens the heart. I recently took a yin yoga class she led at Arcana and she incorporated Reiki elements throughout the practice, which left me feeling incredibly relaxed, restored, and totally rejuvenated! I look forward to more of her workshops and combination classes-they are worth every penny!!!
