Appointments are highly encouraged to ensure a proper tour of our community. Please specify in the comment box which tour type you'd prefer (in-person with a leasing consultant or self-guided). I've lived here over a year and have transferred from a smaller apartment to a larger one. The apartments are well taken care of and they are in various stages of renovation so they feel current and not super dated. One of the most important things for me is that I cannot hear my neighbors. I've been in a downstairs unit and am now in an upstairs unit and I'm never disturbed by noise from above or below. My other favorite part is the location. So close to Sprouts, Coffee Rush and all the good places just a quick walk away. I've made friends with many of the neighbors and it's nice to have people

I moved to this apartment complex in May 2020. The whole process was very smooth and not complicated at all, and everyone I spoke to and that got the process going were very friendly. Whenever there’s been a need for maintenance they’re quick to respond and get things taken care of. That goes for things within the apartment as well as any complex-wide problems like if a car covering needs repair or what have you.
For me the location is great too. You have plenty of grocery stores to choose from, all kinds of restaurants, area seems pretty safe. Quick access to the 101, and the 202 over here

Lakeside apartments has the most fabulous staff! They go out of their way for you in any way they are able. They office team is exceptional the maintenance team is exceptional, and I am going to assume that the owner is exceptional as well. If you are looking for a new place I would highly recommend you check Lakeside out. You will LOVE the area. It is an amazing location in Chandler <3

Going on my 2nd year at Lakeside.... I will refer every & anyone I know to Lakeside... the office staff especially, Bree goes above & beyond to provide excellent service... the neighbors are all so friendly & kind, the environment feels safe- the apartment themselves are very inviting & beautiful inside / out... the view of the lake is breathtaking & peaceful!! Highly recommend! 😁
