Christine was amazing and very responsive when it came to finding us a townhome within kind of a narrow window! The application and payment processes have all been super easy, the unit was very clean when we moved in and is working out well for our family <3 This appears to be a very quiet community with varying ages but everyone seems to just kind of wave hello and then keep to themselves.

So far so good! Took on a sublet of an apartment and the leasing office helped me arrange a time with the prior tenant to see the apartment. After signing the lease and moving in I noticed a mold/water damage issue underneath the kitchen sink and contacted the office. The next day maintenance came and fixed it! Great service so far and the apartments are so spacious and beautiful! Lots of rules but it seems like a great little community.

My fiancé and his two kids very much enjoy our townhome in Fetzner Square! The community is quiet and family friendly. We love going for walks, riding bikes and rollerblading through the neighborhood. We enjoy cooking out on the patio often. The community manager is incredibly responsive and maintenance team follows suit. An impressive team. Fetzner Square is a very convenient and worry-free place to live. We highly recommend it!
