Bikram Flow (60 minutes) - Combines the 26 asanas from the bikram yoga class with the fluid movements of power yoga. Set to motivating music, you will focus on yoga postures that open the shoulders, hips & spine while strengthening your core & upper body.
Vinyasa Flow (60 minutes) - Begins with relaxing poses, then moves into a Vinyasa-style flow class done to music. You sweat, move, & stretch your entire body. After, you feel incredibly calm, cleansed & revitalized from head to toe. Cardio Flow (60 minutes) - Co-taught by Lacy & Amy, Cardio Flow is combination of Vinyasa Yoga & a HIIT style workout.

Bikram Yoga Columbia is located in the heart of Forest Acres, at 4715 Forest Drive behind Groucho's. We are proud to be the 3rd affiliated & certified Bikram Yoga Studio to open in South Carolina & 1st to open in the city of Columbia. I took my first Bikram class in April of 2011. It was LOVE at first SWEAT! I had always been active, but never really loved any of the activities I was doing as an adult to keep myself healthy. With a dance background, being a disciplined person, and my love of heat, Bikram was the perfect workout for me.
Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class is a 90 minute, 26 posture series designed to scientifically warm & stretch muscles, ligaments & tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched. The yoga gently guides the body into correct alignment, strengthens & tones the muscles, lubricates the joints, & promotes flexibility.

If you feel nervous, scared or a little intimidated, don't let that stop you from coming to class. Beginners can take ALL of our classes. With patience & repetition, you'll soon feel right at home. It takes about 3 to 5 classes to get acclimated to the heat. Try to take your second class within 24 hours.

Im not an expert yogi or anything but i really enjoyed my experience with Bikram Yoga. Im in pretty great shape and i was searching for something to aid in flexibility and balance. This is definitely a workout and the instructors know exactly what they are doing. They encourage and correct as needed. All in all i enjoyed my experience and look forward to gojng again!

My daughter invited me to try Bikram Yoga (26 posters and 2 breathing exercises) with her. I really love this class and plan to incorporate it into my workout routine. The Saturday class was great. It was a little tough to keep up, but I am sure with some more classes, I will catch on quickly. You sweat a lot! Look forward to trying some Torched Barr classes too!

I went to my first Vinyasa Flow class with Marsha last Friday after trying out some of the other studios in the area, and within the first 10 minutes of class I knew that this was the place for me! I have been practicing yoga for over ten years, been to tons of studios with many instructors, and am a yoga instructor myself -- so I can be annoyingly picky when it comes to yoga studios (which I hate to admit). Marsha is a very skilled instructor and gives extremely effective cues and commands. I never felt lost during the class, and I was never struggling to hear what she was saying. The class was

I'm not new to yoga but I was glad to find a studio that I mesh with. The ladies know what they are doing and breath a calming air into the classes. I focus more on Bikram Yoga, Vinyasa flow, Align and flow, and Yin Yoga. I purchased the first timer special for $99 where you can go as many times as you want in 30 days.
I go for a minimum of once a day and sometimes twice depending on how I feel or which class is on the schedule, always a morning session to wake me up and a evening session to close me out. It is great therapy and the staff are very kind and amazing.

I am new to the yoga world and I’m beyond grateful I found this location. To begin with Lacy the owner was super accommodating and patient. I’ve had three different instructors for different classes and each one boosted my confidence by encouraging me and reaffirming I was feeling as bad as I thought. I absolutely love the positive atmosphere and love the feeling I get every time I attend. The regulars that go are super nice as well and so friendly. I highly recommend!
