Best management team and staff everyday and for every issue. Such professionalism, kindness and reliability. The premises are great but nothing outdoes the staff here, from maintenance to the top. Alexis and Kaitlyn make Nalle Woods a joyous place!

This is the kind of stupidity you deal with. Same ownership & management company so nobody to blame but themselves. A $7,000,000 a year apartment complex ours the lifespan of their gate above the safety of its residents. Keep in mind we've gave many car break ins and even car thefts. We are aware that the gate has been open. In efforts to preserve the gates lifespan and for preventative maintenance measures, the gate will be left open during office hours. Additionally the exit gate has had sensor malfunctions and

I would give the maintenance men an A+ but the management when we left July 2021 a D. When we had problems in the apartment the maintenance guys were helpful, friendly and punctual. My HUGE complaint was that we were there for two years through the pandemic and the snow/ice storms of February 2021. We moved out in July 2021 leaving our apartment pristine, and management had the pictures to prove it. Here's my gripe... they charged us a $100 cleaning fee although it was super clean (I'm a clean snob and definitely clean better than cleaning people), AND they were going to tear it all

Nalle Woods is beautiful and well cared for. I've lived in Austin for 15 years and this is my favorite spot so far! There are so many natural spaces for me and my two dogs to walk in, including down to the river. The staff is welcoming and helpful as well.

Overall, we had a short but very enjoyable stay. Like every place, there are some things which are annoying, but these were outweighed by the positives. We did not experience the same issues as some other previous residents. The maintenance crew in particular were the best we experienced.

During Snowpocalypse, management and the crew did all they could to help the residents - incl bringing in portaloos, ordering food to share, and providing updates on outages to power/water as best they could. Was it uncomfortable, yes, but I think all things considered we had a great team doing their best to

I moved from NY to Nalle woods a couple of months ago and really love it !
The neighbors are very friendly and the apartment spacious and new!

Nalle Woods is a lovely peaceful community to live in. The clubhouse, pool and other amenities are very well maintained and they have a team that promptly takes care of any repairs that may arise.

During the great Texas freeze of February 2021 the management made sure that repairs were made quickly, they even laid on hot food and drinks in the clubhouse. The service and spacious apartments makes this a great place to live.

We went and toured Nalle Woods and were very impressed with how professional and knowlegable their leasing agent Devin was. She was friendly and engaging. Additionally the property was very well maintained and the units were beautiful.
We didn't end up leasing here (purely based on price), but will be keeping this property under consideration for next time.

Hi! Currently am a resident at Nalle Woods with a lease that ends in a little over a year.
The community is amazing! The people that live here are definitely on the nicer side. And, the area is beautiful!
The management office though, is awful (they changed sometime in April). So much so, that the community commiserates about it. Any requests the community puts in that go against what the office is willing to do are shut out and deleted off our resident portal. They have to "accept" whatever is posted. I have only wonderful things to say about this community and the lovely people who live here and work here.
I have been a resident here for 4 years and can't imagine living anywhere else.
The amenities are wonderful! The outdoor spaces are beautiful. The pool area with couches , a BBQ area , fire pit is lovely . The gym is clean and has all the latest equipment in it. There's a sauna and a steam room also.
The last two are closed due to Covid however.
The management team has been awesome through all of the Covid mess and has put many safety measures into effect so the residents stay

Definitely a refreshing land of woods tucked away in between the buzz of the city. Payton, Devin and Sal are probably the best property managers in Austin among the 50+ people we met in our tours for apartment hunt across Austin and are wonderful people. They are super friendly and very patient - we toured thrice and they showed us around on each occasion with undiminished enthusiasm and smile. The area is very green, and some of the apartments are really in very quiet zones. Not to mention, there is a great fitness center, with sauna and jacuzzi. Apartments have been renovated in great taste.

Gorgeous property. The new owners took great care to modernize the grounds, common areas and amenities to 2020 standards. The uniqueness of each apartment gave me so many choices to match my personality and needs. I was looking for interesting architecture which I got with high slanted ceilings and a view of the hill country, not to mention a large outdoor private space. The up-to-date kitchen & bath rivals any of the modern high-rise apartments I searched as well. So far so good for our first 6 months here. This is a great community in one of the most beautiful areas of Austin. I've been a resident over 3 years and lived in a few different units, each with their own unique offerings in terms of views and space. There are far too many perks to mention and I'm sure id forget the ones I'm taking for granted, living here as long as I have.
Recent renovations have really transformed the property and amenity areas into an almost resort-like feel. The office, pool, gym, clubroom, etc... are amazing. Sal, Devin, and everyone else from the office also contributes to the experience by going far beyond what

I cannot speak highly enough of how pleasant my experience has been at this fantastic hidden complex I like to call home. Coming from a small beach town in California to Austin, TX was already a bit overwhelming for me. Mikayla and Janie both made this process extremely streamlined, professional, and a real breath of fresh air from the chaos of moving! They went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home, communicated with me consistently, and expedited my move-in date, which was fantastic as living out of resorts was adding up! I've lived here almost 4 years. Nalle Woods has always been a great home to me. We have wonderful people that care about the residents & the property grounds. Our property manager, Sal Vera, is a rockstar! He works hard & it shows, yet he is always so friendly, & constantly doing things to make this community even more beautiful, warm, & inviting to everyone. He's overseen many improvements, along with full renovations since he was promoted to management. Yes, the location here is very nice. So thankful for David and Ray from Maintenance! I smelled gas in my apartment and not only did they respond swiftly, they quickly identified the source of the leak in a nearby apartment. They notified all tenets and communicated their findings each step of the way. Highly recommend Nalle Woods and their Maintenance team, they care about the safety of their residents!

We went through an extensive list of houses and apartments when relocating to Austin mid 2019. Based on the many options available, Nalle Woods was clearly the winner for us in Eanes school district.

We've been delighted with the experience so far and have recently extended our lease for another year and moved to a larger apartment in July 2020.

Nalle Woods is the only apartment complex built adjacent to a nature preserve and immersed in greenery.

There are nature trails around us, Lake Travis for swimming and water sports, and an abundance of options for biking.

The change in management has made this apartment complex questionable. Before we had a property manager who was kind and took our concerns to heart. He answered all our questions and you could tell he cared for the residents in the community. The new management never returns emails (especially ones regarding break-ins and other security issues), has made many policy changes that are inconvenient (taking away partial rent payments for people with roommates), and has decided to censor/delete posts on the bulletin board that's aimed to be a way of communication between residents and also the

I can't say enough great things about living here. I moved in last December and love it. The maintenance staff is top notch.... especially Rubelio. From fixing my leaking faucet to dealing with me messing up the fireplace to being right there (on his day OFF!!!!) when I need my garage door opened bc I accidentally locked my keys (and my car) in it. ‍ This is a great place to live.

This apartment group is small, safe, secure, and has a very good management team led by Sal !

Great apartment community. Sal the property manager and his staff are the best I've worked with. He was/is always positive and took care of things. Honestly I'm not sure about these other 1 or 2-star reviews. The place is spectacular. It's quiet, the facilities and units are awesome, and the location is amazing. Nothing is perfect (I heard water rushing through pipes! - come on) and I've lived in a lot of places. Honestly, this is one of the best. It's mainly due to Sal the property manager and unique and quiet community with a great location. Highly recommended.

I have lived here (3) years and plan to stay! Great condo spec community in a great location. All the high end amenities are included: pool, Roman Spa, Gym, Clubhouse, Business Center, events!
Like attention to detail and a neighborhood community feel, check it out!
Sal, Dari and Ben are great people and do a great job to provide the best living experience in the Austin market.

I absolutely loved my stay here. I lived there only a year, but my family has lived there for over 5 years. My family absolutely loves living here has well. This and the great prices, for the area, is why I chose to start off my Austin experience at Nalle Woods. I moved out after a year due to having ambition to move downtown.

* Staff are amazing and will listen to your individual needs.
* Any problems that I have seen residents have I have also seen resolved in the manner I would expect, if the apartment staff cared.
