I can't say enough good things about this apartment complex! I'm actually sad I had to move. The staff is so friendly and extremely accommodating. They often have fun resident events. The apartments are beautiful. I really like that you need a key to get into the hallways from the parking lot. The parking lots are clean and well lit. Best apartment living experience I've had.

The Grove is an awesome place to live. I’ve been here a week and I love it so far. It’s very quiet and everyone here is very friendly and nice. I was referred here by Jill at Apt Gorillas who is amazing. Alex and his team were very helpful he went above and beyond to help me with any questions and other things I needed to do. He’s awesome I can’t thank them enough I’m very grateful for them. They’ve been wonderful if you’re looking for a nice place to live look no further highly recommend.

By far the best experience I have ever had moving. The Grove at Wilcrest made my move effortless. The professionalism of the staff was like no other. Everyone was so helpful and inviting. I was referred by Jill at Gorilla apartment finders, she directed me to Alex! Alex is so sweet, very attentive, and very helpful. My process was very easy thanks to him. The manager Haley was also awesome, after touring she said “congratulations on your new apartment!” That made me feel so welcomed. I love my apartment, I move in today. I have nothing but beautiful things to say about The Grove at Wilcrest. From the amazing Leasing Office staff, to the property maintenance men and women and my neighbors...it's been nothing but an amazing experience to live here.
Though pets are allowed on the property, you will never know because the halls are so quiet and clean.
I highly recommend this apartment complex. Ask for either Alex or Carl, they are extremely professional and have great personalities.

I lived at The Grove from 2015 to just very recently, all told- just over six years. The property is well-kept and looked after, with a dedicated front office staff and grounds/maintenance crew. Anytime I ever had an issue with my apartment, the issue was promptly resolved. I really cannot say enough about the people who work there. They do their best and they make living there feel like you are genuinely part of a community. On-site there are numerous amenities, including various outdoor pools, a moderate sized gym with free weights, cardio equipment, and strength training machines. There are

My fiance and I have signed our second lease and love it here. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are attentive to your needs.. They make you feel like family. Whenever I need anything, Alex, Carl, Haley, and Alethia make it happen. They are quick to handle any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by outstanding, friendly and courteous workers. While I know no one place is perfect, this staff strive for excellence everyday and meet it. The Grove at Wilcrest is a great place to call "home".

I had an amazing 12 months at The Grove, personally. I would not recommend especially if you are renting during this pandemic. After a 12 mo lease and having personal safety issues.. I decided to relocate. They tried to pressure me into a lease renewal and to pay rack rate of 2100 from 1600$ for 2 months basically offering no other options but to be screwed because the 60day notice was failed to be put in writing when they knew I was moving. The saddest part is I had to make an executive decision to leave the property after someone threatened to kidnap my infant daughter. They were so insensitive

Haley is the property manager and she goes above and beyond for all the residents here. The entire office staff is amazing. The staff here are always hosting family events that my daughter and I really enjoy.
On Halloween we attended a Halloween costume party hosted by the office staff and we had a blast. They had a full-on candy bar, taco bar and festive Halloween drinks. Today they rented a huge projection screen and played Home Alone for all the residents to watch. There were so many families out there today. Haley and her incredible staff served hot chocolate, movie style boxed candy

Okay y'all, just moved in 1 mo ago and we've had nothing but amazing experiences! It a beyond beautiful complex with the most friendly and helpful staff . Which is refreshing for us because the last two complexes we lived in were beyond sub par. I won't get into details, but it had to do with mold and unprofessionalism. You won't get that at The Grove! And the price is worth it, too.

This place has an issue with roaches and mice. I'm so glad that I moved from this place. Over priced and not worth it. Do yourself a favor and don't move here. There are plenty other places that won't have mice and roaches that you have to deal with.
Management was made aware of the situation plenty of times with roaches and mice. I also had a cleaning company come in and clean and my lease was up. Plus I had wood floors so not sure where the carpet is coming into play.

I was trying to wait before giving my review. I will first say the staff is amazing especially Basma and Carl. Unfortunately maintenance and housekeeping is horrible. I moved into a dirty apartment with dead roaches behind the refrigerator. Dirty grout, paint specs everywhere. I haven't been here quite 3 months. So far I have seen 5 roaches. 3 this week. I have NEVER lived with roaches and this makes me very uneasy. I relocated from another State so my apartment is empty. No food in cabinets, I don't leave garbage out at night. I've been a resident for 2 years and have loved it here.
I did have a bit of a communication bump with cancelling my lease extension but it was resolved by the complex manager Haley.
The complex is very nice, the pools are wonderful, the grounds are immaculate and its a great location!
Upscale complex with friendly international residents.

Have been a resident here for 8 months. Everything has been awesome. When I looked at the apartment the first time I knew that I wanted to call The Grove my home. Matt was my agent and he was a pleasure to work with. I was trying to sell my house and my contract fell through and the last moment. Matt was so patient and worked with me until I was able to get my home sold. He was genuinely concerned and I never felt like the just trying to meet a quota or something. Everyone is completely amazing. Haley, the property manager is awesome as well. She took time to meet with me and answer my questions

We wanted to stay close to the NRG Corridor for my job at Shell, so the first Finger Property we viewed was the Grove. Have to be quite frank. I've only lived here since mid-April 2017. I met Stephanie the day I walked in and she showed me around and answered all my questions...2-3 times each. I'm a single dad sharing time with my two teenage daughters and their mom. Safety, location, and amenities (3-pools and a righteous gym) were top priorities and I could not be happier. Since then every time I find myself in the front office, Matt & Alex greet me with a big smile and a resounding "how can we help you today" attitude. They so totally rock!

I am in my second year here at the Grove and this place is still an exceptional place to live. I work here and wanted something close - I looked at many options and I feel that I made the right decision to live here.
I loved into a larger apartment with a study- love the high ceilings, gas stove, and wine cooler built into the island.
Customer service is exceptional here- Haley and staff always go above and beyond the normal and I know from talking to other residents that we all appreciate the extra effort!
Any maintenance issues are addressed on the spot and rectified mostly on the same day

I am really glad staying at the Grove. I renewed my lease for a second year and I am very happy with my decision. I tried to see other offers around this zone but it is not easy to find the comfort, the peace and the security that The Grove at Wilcrest offers to me.
The leasing center staff is really helpful. I should highlight the good work from Louise Penn as the Lease Manager. She is always open to talk and provide support immediately. At least, all my concerns have been solved so far except for one that I have brought in several occasions and not action yet: Many residents leaving the parking

I will miss this place. Great location and price. One thing this place has 24 hour amenities such as their 2 story business room that has coffee, couches, books an isolated business room and another huge living room style party room that's decked out with flat screen and beautiful decor. They have 3 pools with grills to each other.
The gym is great but small. New machines with flat screen, again, everywhere.
