I will dearly miss Modera Belmont!! I moved in at the start of the pandemic and it quickly felt like home. The amenities and the building itself are in great condition. Most importantly, the staff there are very friendly and accommodating :). Highly recommended for those looking to live in Central Eastside.

It's an OK location !! The constitution is poor the windows leak. I either have an elephant living above or they are building an extra room.. you can hear breath they take. Street noice is horrible you hear Waac Break each horn. Homeless are always entering garage for the trash - very sketchy... signed a 1 year lease and it already feels like 100 years can't wait to give notice

I have nothing but great things to say about the Team at Modera Belmont. Heather in particular has been so gracious and patient during a time of a lot of unknown. She definitely has her tenants best interest in mind! Highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone who is looking to make Portland home.

This the BEST place to call home. It is beautiful as is the staff and our surroundings. We could not be happier. Chris and I say that every time we walk into our beautiful little spot. Living at Modera Belmont has been incredible. I moved from out of state into an apartment sight unseen. The team was overly accommodating in helping make my move as smooth and easy as possible. Daunte, Heather, and Anna are all so amazing and supportive.
There are tons of amazing bars and restaurants in the neighborhood and Market of Choice is in walking distance. Living here is pretty idyllic. Super happy I found Modera Belmont is the best community I have ever lived in. From the staff to the units everything is really just perfect.

We were nervous to lease an apartment site unseen (from out of state) but Modera has such great reviews from people who moved to Portland from elsewhere so we reached out and are so glad that we did. The Modera Belmont team has been nothing but awesome to work with! Daunte was super helpful, kind, and reassuring during the entire process and the team helped us nail down the right unit based on our needs. This review is long overdue. I started looking for an apartment in mid-January and I didn't get any further down my list than the Modera Belmont. I moved in in mid-February and I haven't had a single complaint since. It's by far my favorite place I've ever rented.
Grant was amazing during the application process, and Daunte and the rest of the team are as good as it gets at making this place feel like home every day. The building has great amenities, all of my neighbors are polite and friendly, and you can find almost everything you need in the surrounding neighborhood

This property is great all round. The location is convenient, super close to DT, had bars and restaurants literally all around it and a nice supermarket three blocks away.
The Property Management Team is absolutely amazing. They are courteous, helpful and very responsive. I've worked with Grant and Daunte during my move process and they made us very smooth and seamless.
The apartment building is brand new with great appliance and great amenities. This is comfortable urban living!

Grant, Daunte, and the maintenance team at Modera Belmont have provided an amazing experience while living here so far. I have been living here for a little over a month and have been blown away by the phenomenal customer service and professionalism the team has. They are extremely responsive if/when we need anything. Long story short, we had a subpar experience with the first leasing consultant at the Modera who set wrong expectations about many things (I'll keep it vague since this isn't important in this 5-star review). This was disappointing since my partner and I fell in love with the building, the area, and the unit we wanted to move in to.

I Moved to Portland in March and Looked at Modera Belmont as well as a few other buildings. Modera Blew all the other options away. The leasing team I delt with (Grant, Nicole, Daunte) made moving very easy. I did everything over the phone with them.
Since moving in I have fallen in love with this building even more. The amenities are great (Game room, Theater room, VR room)....and free coffee in the lobby every morning!

Hey, we just moved in and we are pretty satisfied with our decision. We selected this place after looking at one other place- decided based on the great, cheerful and helpful staff. Place has a outdoor patio, party room, game room, huge gym and we might use some of those but what made it easy to pick this place was a garage with roomy spaces so you can actually open your doors after you park, assigned spaces, equally roomy elevators, in-unit washers and dryer, full-sized stove, fridge, microwave, big windows that actually open. My husband first checked out Modera Belmont at the end of November when the building was still under heavy construction. We had taken a tour of another comparable building near the river in SE, but even while under construction, Modera Belmont blew the competition out of the water. Grant helped us with our application and answered all of our questions at the drop of a hat. We were lucky to be some of the first occupants in the building and everyone downstairs welcomed us and our two dogs warmly.
We love the amenities and have already enjoyed the grills and fire pit on the roof. The gym is awesome

My husband and I moved in February and love it here! The community spaces are by far the best we've seen in the search for an apartment. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and full of light. Everyone in the office is incredibly kind and helpful! Our pup loves new window sun spot overlooking the courtyard.
