Before I talked about how great a place Sofi Riverview Park is I first want to acknowledge the staff and a special shoutout to Yesenia. Yesenia has really made this place feel like home. Available to fix my needs at all times. Personally checking to make sure all repairs were done thoroughly and packages arrived promptly to my place when I could not locate them (personally finding them for me on several occasion from the amazon lock box). Providing reminders and fun activities that are going on in the community. She takes her job seriously and executes at a high level. She makes Sofi Riverview

I've lived here Sofi for over 5 years now and just renewed my lease. The location is fantastic, the apartments have been updated through the years (upgraded flooring, ice makers, new gym equipment) and the leasing office staff are super friendly and helpful. They just helped me through a complex renewal and made the process feel seamless. There's also a great valet trash removal service offered which has been ideal especially during the pandemic. Overall, my experience here has been great - it's a safe community in a prime location.

We used to live there for one and half years and had a great time there! It's a really nice modern community, relatively small, but with everything needed! ( I would go to the gym everyday, before Covid, and never felt it packed. That's one of the benefits of living in a mall community, although I thought the opposite would be the case.) Services were also fast and neat, never lost a package or anything.
Oh, there was a black kitten living in the garage, (usually on the top or 4th floor). We used to feed him regularly. We were pretty worried when we left. Whoever sees this post, if you live there

Had a wonderful apartment tour last weekend with Monica being so nice and showing me the available apartments, the complex amenities, providing the answers to all of my possible questions and being so helpful. The complex is beautiful, the apartments are clean and nice and fully equipped to move in immediately.
Really enjoyed the tour and appreciate Monica's friendliest attitude! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality rental.

I live at Sofy apartments since February 2021. All things considered, Sofy Apartments is my favorite complex. The inside of the apartment is clean and high quality. The appliances are new, the walls are fresh painted and I have a patio. The staff is always polite and accommodating. Jesenia showed me a couple apartments in the building and she was always quick to reply with help when I needed. The location is excellent. Next door to the complex is River Oaks Park with Basketball court, Tennis court, play ground, dog park, and Guadalupe River Park. Sofy is just a block from Starbucks, Salad Farm

We lived here for one year, we have to move because of work. Sofi is a nice apartment with a good management team. The staffs are always nice and very helpful. The maintenance team always respond fast. The move out fee is reasonable (e.g., will charge carpet cleaning and paint like every apartment). I didn't hear anything from my neighbors, it's decently quite apartment. Highly recommended. We interact with assistant property manager Karla the most, she is warm, kind, and very smart at communicating. Other staff are also kind, you can reach out to them if you have any question.

I cannot say enough good things about the leasing staff at Sofi. I mainly worked with Alina and she was so incredibly understanding and helpful. Alina took the time to understand what my needs were and what my situation was. From there, she made very tailored recommendations that would be best for me. Alina also kept in contact with me as more units came available and was very diligent in letting me know when there was a unit that fit my needs.
I didn't end up renting a unit in Sofi because I decided to move to a different state, but I would recommend checking out Sofi. I was able to tour a few

Absolutely love this place. Beautiful interiors and great location. Very good structure of the building, perfect sound and thermal insulation. We were living on the ground floor and not facing sun directly, but we had to turn to the heater only once during the last winter.
Yeah, there's literally nothing to complain about the place :) The staff is amazing. They are kind and always helpful. The previous management was also awesome, they were very patient and helped me find the right apartment for me.
