We moved to Vegas a few months ago from out of state and the ease with which we got settled in was amazing. The property is always clean and maintenance takes care of you. Definitely recommend The Lido to anyone that is looking for a place to call home. The staff is always friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Looking for a Apartment, made a wrong turn, as usual; found myself in front of Lido Apartment, Property Manger Edith. A Consummate Professional and Compassionate Spirit with a" See it to the End Work" ethic. Proven by a problematic situation that persisted for 7 months, not Lido's fault, that effected me. Edith's work ethics found a amicable solution for All parties even with several layers of confusion from the opposition.
Granted Approval from Her Superior Elizabeth, another Kind Spirit, the problem is being reconciled. Edith's Spirit of Goodwill has a Virtue that in this world can't be compromised

I want to offer generous praise for your current manager of The Lido. Edith Gonzalez, the Current manager, is a star and leader who has gained the respect of all the tenants. She is always willing to assist the tenants when they ask and has created a pleasant, friendly aura throughout the complex and organized group activities that we enjoy. Even with the pandemic of covid 19 her sympathetic assistance was wonderful.. She Can leap tall building in a stay and with grace! Of course - immediately and with Grace

"I want to compliment the employees of the Lido community; Edith the community manager and Zola the maintenance manager for their open door policy. They are an asset to the community. I have lived here through 3 management teams and this one is the best I have ever experienced. Edith our manager is always quick to not only resolve any issues but checks in on us if she does not see us! Zola is a true gift of a maintenance man. I have watched him patiently chatting with elderly residents and then run to his next task to make up time. He is so kind and quick to repair things. We are a tight community and most of us know each other. It is like a big family and we watch out for each other. During covid it is especially true and Edith makes sure we are always safe and staff takes
