I worked with Susan to get a new policy. She is great. It took me awhile to actually get the policy due to some other projects I had going on. However, Susan had a great follow up, was kind, and professional and no problem answering all my questions. She is ultimately the reason I decided to switch to State Farm.

Two days of frustration dealing with multiple agents from a myriad of companies have dissolved, simply from speaking to one person who was patient, professional, gracious, and willing to go over things more than once with me without speed-talking ! This was actually refreshing !
Again, thank you for someone with superb customer service skills who “gets it”- i.e., working with someone who was not “easy”, and required more than a few minutes to go over things — and over yet again.
