My girlfriend and I moved into Atlas with our dog in August of 2020, and we've been here and have seen the community grow from maybe 50 people to thousands of people. During COVID, balancing safe protocols while providing residents with community events and amenities is difficult, but I thought the staff handled this very well and still gave us a great place to call home, despite the challenges.
We've lived in a few different apartment complexes across the Bay Area and Atlas has definitely been our favorite. It's pricey, but IMO you get what you pay for. Nowhere else did we actually

It's getting worse and worse... The staff here are working super hard to ensure everyone is cared for and feeling welcome (namely India who is our point of contact and Richard who is often at the front desk -- they are working miracles here), but there are a series of issues that point to a lack of funding and/or support for staff to fully spread their wings.

I've loved my first three months at Atlas. The complex and amenities are first-class, and the staff and community are incredible. Addison in the leasing office has been helpful, welcoming, and available throughout - the move-in process was as seamless as it gets. Big shoutout to the concierge, cleaning and security staff as well. I can't wait to see what businesses and restaurants move into the exterior ground floor spaces... Feels like there's more to come!

So far so wonderful. This is by and large the nicest apartment community you can choose in the Oakland/Emeryville/Berkeley area. I can attest to the fact that my bf and I toured and researched over ten "luxury apartment communities." (Allegedly.)

I'm absolutely loving living here, not just because it's a gorgeous building, not just because of the sick views from my apartment, not just because of the friendly/accommodating staff, not just because of the Instagram-worthy lobby, not just because of the location to so many great Oakland restaurants, and not just because of the top tier amenities. I've lived here now for 5 months and it's truly like a dream living here- I pinch myself every day I come home. If my pug could type/speak English, he would rave about the dog treats & ear scratches at the front desk.

Been living at Atlas for 3 months now and absolutely love it! India from the leasing office is beyond amazing! After touring several luxury apartment buildings in Oakland, I decided on Atlas because of the amenities, friendly staff, and attention to details. There are fitness classes, first friday happy hour, and multiple other events all the time. The management maintained the building really really well! What really sets Atlas apart for me is that it truly feels like a community. Thanks India for helping me find my dream unit!!!

Can’t say enough about Atlas. All of what we experienced here is its incredible services and the best home for living. Atlas is right at the center of Oakland, amazing view from the top of the building on its 41st Floor, the best ever 5-star level amenities. We love all the staffs here, super sweet, and very helpful. I especially recommend Addison - anything you may need or question about, come to him and you”ll get the answer. He is so awesome. We love Atlas, and we will definitely recommend it to our friends.

I love living here. It’s been 3 months since I moved and I am very happy so far. The amenities are amazing and I feel like I’m in a 5-star hotel. The staff is awesome and friendly, one of my favorites is Addison (leasing office) who is very knowledgeable about the facilities and always prompt to help when we have questions. We can see everyone’s dedication in making this a wonderful community to be.

He provided a great client experience even offering to reserve a meeting room and offering a snack as I had a meeting right after the appointment. I have lived in luxury high-rises for the last 10+ years and this one is hands down the best. The amenities are unparalleled, and the units themselves are top notch.
The biggest different between this one and the others is the staff and maintenance. Every need is addressed and taken care of quickly and efficiently, and I have yet to see a mess anywhere.

Beautiful facilities. So far happy to be here. I moved from Houston and India made the process so smooth! She made sure to give me a tour of all the floor plans I was interested in and even went above and beyond taking pictures/videos when I couldn't be there in person so I knew exactly what I was looking at in terms of the views from the apt. Friendly staff and concierge.

I feel like I'm living at the W hotel ( that's also how my friends describe it). This building is pure luxury, amenities ( rooftop on the 41st floor, pool/hot tub, co-working area with conference rooms etc.) are top notch and everything about the building from the wall art to the rugs to the piano in the lobby was well thought through and beautifully designed. When I started my search I knew I wanted to be in a newer building with a doorman, 24 hr security, great amenities, walking distance to shops, and food, Atlas did not disappoint. The great service started when I reached out to the leasing team and Joseph booked me a tour the next day. My schedule changed and I had to reschedule so he had Addison take over for my tour. I greatly appreciated the ease and desire he had for accommodating my last-minute schedule change.

Where do I even begin? We have only been here at The Atlas for about two months and our experience has been surprisingly AMAZING. We had been enduring most of 2020 at this other 'luxury" apartment complex that did not live up to its expectations. So when we came to The Atlas, we were very skeptical and had very low expectations. But then here comes Joseph, and he blew us away. Not with just everything that The Atlas building had to offer but the wonderful service that came along with it.

We toured at Atlas with exceptional direction from Joseph. The building itself is by far in every way the nicest and "high end" out of all of the ones we experienced in our search in the Oakland area. The thing that stood out to me (outside the beautiful amenities and unit designs) the most was the apparent involvement from the management and employees in addressing all concerns and really just making the commitment to being there.
One important thing I would like to highlight is that I had serious concerns about security, especially after reading multiple complaints from various tenants

When we were looking for a new place in October during the pandemic, my wife and I were initially checking out places in San Francisco but we chanced upon Atlas during one of our Google searches (nicely placed, else we may not have come across it!).
Addison, who worked with us from first contact to signing, was extremely friendly and responsive and gave us an in-depth virtual tour of the place as we were temporarily out of town.

Living at Atlas has been amazing so far! Joseph made sure we were able to make an informed decision before moving in. The virtual tour was awesome, the spaces he showed us were beautiful, and they made sure to practice good COVID hygiene. He was also extremely patient with us, making sure to respond to all of our concerns.
