At first I was skeptical because of how the pictures online made the apartment look small but when we went in person, I was completely FLOORED!! The inside was soooo beautiful! The property manager makes you feel so much at home and treats you like family. The community is well kept and it’s so peaceful at night

Excellent Place to stay, great management, great location, peaceful. No ridiculous hidden fees at move out. My move out fee was $98! Military doesnt have to pay a security deposit. Thick walls, spacious room and a lifeguard during the summer. Pink bathrooms yes but I got over that. WELL lit at night and close to the I64, naval bases, bus stop and airport. Just a great place to live. I actually regret moving out.

My boyfriend and I couldn't be happier with our apartment choice when we moved back to Norfolk. We've been here for a little over one year, and we don't plan to go anywhere until it's time for us to leave the area.
Even though this is located on a main road, I have absolutely no problem with noise. If our windows are closed, we hear next to nothing. If our windows are open in the summer, we just hear cars driving by.
Maintenance is quick even when it's not an emergency and they regularly keep up with checking on little things within the apartment, and every staff member here is super friendly
