I was there last with my husband for date night. We had a wonderful evening. I am a very picky eater because I am a good cook. Dinner was great start to finish. I am French therefore I love Escargot 🐌.… Chandlers have the best Escargot. Also they have other French fusion flavors throughout their menu. Chandlers is a very Chic restaurant with a Romantic ambiance. Right in my alley ! Service was phenomenal . Big thanks to our server Bodie you rocks !!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Christina was the perfect waitress! She made us feel welcomed and not rushed during our date night! She had amazing recommendations for our drinks and food, she mentioned she had only been here a few months but she was already very knowledgeable of the menu. I cannot wait to go back and enjoy the soft music, amazing food, and great service!

I decided to take my wife to Chandler’s for our Anniversary.
From the moment my wife and I were seated at the Bar for a couple of drinks, and then on to our table, we were treated like we mattered. The food and service was excellent!
Chandler’s is not a restaurant to go to if you are on a budget. Our dinner was approximately $450.00 for everything, but it was worth doing once a year. The live music created a nice ambiance.
We both recommend Chandler’s Steakhouse & Seafood for anyone looking for a place to celebrate special occasion.

Great place for a nightcap and, obviously dining. Didn’t have a chance to try their menu, they are booked solid for the time we were in town, but we scored seats at the bar after our night out to round out our evening. Reservation highly recommended. Thursday night was jazz night and it was excellent. Elegant establishment with five star food, libations, ambiance and service. *Returned for a nightcap Sunday and found out there is live jazz every night! Ordered some escargot and a couple cocktails, try the 10 minute martini! We enjoyed the pithy bartenders and their anecdotal history. Fun bar

One of the best Filets, If not the best one you will have in Boise! I also highly favor the Ribeye. The service is always 2nd to none as well and the wine selection is always appreciated by friends visiting from out of town or crosstown. Bonus: Dessert selection, Live music, and overall atmosphere.

If you like the elegance and understatedness of a dimmer dining room, amazing food, great drinks and even some jazz this is your place... The servers are cool the ambience is amazing it's gonna cost you a couple bucks but it's worth it with Foie, escargot and some of the cooler rare dishes... Great vibe great food will be going back frequently

Our final week for Teen Freedom workshop,
was fine dinning etiquette, to help teens feel more comfortable & confident in a formal setting. Working closely with the manager David. We were very impressed by all staff members that ensured we felt special and valued. The students frequently said how amazing they felt throughout the evening!! This is an elevated placed to dine in Boise and well worth the experience. I had the opportunity to dine here because of a gift card and a reason to (anniversary dinner!) If you are looking for something in a lower price point, try the the happy hour. Drinks and bites are well priced and you still get the atmosphere. When we were there, they had a live piano playing. This is also the only place I’ve personally been in Boise where you can try wine before you buy, something I really appreciated. The only qualm I would mention is the restrooms aren’t as luxurious as the rest of the experience

Took a chance off the reviews. Not disappointed in the slightest. The staff was friendly and great. The food. Wow. Even if escargot isn't on your maybe list, I'd highly recommend it. The Jaoanese Wagyu is hands down the best I've ever had. The scallops were done to perfection as well. There are very few meals that I can't find anything wrong. This is one of them. Start to finish, excellent.

Undoubtedly the best restaurant in Boise. I had the wild rice and mushroom soup which was unbelievable, and then the New York strip with sautéed mushrooms. The steak was tender and juicy, and the mushrooms were savory, with a hint of salt - just delicious. They made me the perfect old-fashioned, although I probably should've ordered wine instead. The servers were fantastic the atmosphere is beautiful the people are friendly and I can't say enough about this place.

My boyfriend has been going to chandlers for years. It's his favorite restaurant in Boise, and I can see why. I went for the first time this last week and I loved it. I love restaurants that understand how important lighting is. Chandlers nails the dim lighting to create the perfect ambiance. The Christmas decor was also spot on and the perfect touch. We sat at a high top in the bar and thoroughly enjoyed the view and the wonderful entertainment. The jazz music made the night even more perfect.
Our server was friendly and professional. My boyfriend had the trout and abalone. Both were excellent

We had a fantastic evening at Chandler's Steakhouse, tonight. What makes this place incredible is their attention to detail. The staff and our main waiter, Craig helped set Chandler's apart from other restaurants we've visited. Please keep up with the small details because dining is more than just the food.

They could do better and have during our visits in the past. I don't like giving them three stars, but to be honest, that was the dining experience we had when we visited on September 22, 2021, sad to say.

We were greeted nicely and when we were asked about a wine to go with our oysters, clams, and escargot our server sent the Sommelier who was very helpful in our choosing a wine. The Alsatian Pinot Blanc went nicely with all three of these appetizers.

Making this a Thanksgiving tradition. Several years on a row. Met all expectations, staff was stellar! Food was awesome.

However, we have made this a family outing and there is absolutely nothing to accommodate our young children onto menu. This may alter our future reservations but I hope not.

The staff did try and accommodate but ice cream and cheesecake is not an accommodating option .

Please make an effort to reach out to your future patrons so they make this their Boise tradition and provide a children's option for dinner.

Every single experience from cocktails, appetizers, salads, halibut, Steak and raspberry Cream brûlée was incredibly tasty and wonderful. Our Server Bodie made the experience memorable and Special. I can’t wait until next time.

Chandlers is the premier restaurant in Boise. The wine selections are some of the best I've encountered, especially in the Boise area.
Service is top flight and each table is given excellent, individualized attention. No detail is overlooked. While the dining room area located by the bar and front windows can be a bit noisy, the main dining is separated into sections and is very quiet and enjoyable.

Chandlers is a high end downtown Boise resturant. The abalone appetizer is excellent, and the escargot is delicious. Chandlers is one of the few restaurants in the valley, that serves a exceptional steak. On our anniversary they serve a decadent hot lava cake. Highly recommended for a special evening.

Best dining experience in Boise! Superb service and each course was perfection! While known for their steaks the seafood never disappoints. Excellent cocktails. New restaurants come and go but Chandlers stands the test of time!

The atmosphere of this fine dining establishment is what every restaurant should strive. The absolute best staff and service I have ever had in Boise! Don’t even get me started on the food, so delicious you don’t want to stop eating. The presentation on the plates is outstanding and the flavors are stupendously crafted. The cocktails are consistent, beautiful, and great to the last drop.

The food, service and ambiance were just amazing. They had live jazz music (Saturday night). We came in last minute, and while they didn't have dining room seating available they did have some tables in the bar, and we were able to snag one.

Our server Briana was kind, prompt, and checked in on us and made sure we felt looked after. We started with the escargot which came out bubbling, and was accompanied by fresh bread, butter and a mustard butter which was smooth, and had a tiny hit of acid to break up the oily nature of the escargot. The Reservation table was not prepared in time. Once it was we where told we where not attired correctly for the Restaurant. Extremely offended. Managaer had no concern and laughed with his employee’s saying oh… no we will all lose our Jobs in front of several customers. Very Sad they should not be treating an actual high paying customer in that manner. BEWARE! Had a Great dinner at another Restaurant with higher reviews down the street. Never Believe your the ONLY place in town. SAD!!

This place was great, and by far exceeded my expectations. Live music and exceptional atmosphere! I Started my night with a Long Island, and a double Casamigos Mezcal, which is not for the weak! The Prawn… cocktail as my starter, was fit for Royalty! I opted for the 10oz wagyu for my main,which was cooked exactly as I asked. The sides were incredible as well. Saffron lobster Mac and cheese and creamed spinach. I left nothing on my plate. Dessert was the Creme brûlée and that ended my night perfectly.

Second time around at this amazing place. Food, service and over all experience is five star. The staff is attentive and friendly. Started with a lemon drop and gin and tonic, both were pretty darn good. We passed on appetizers and salad since we wanted to save room for dessert. Our party orders the Wagu flat iron steak and the smoked ribeye. Cooked to perfection. Finished off with their signature chocolate soufflé.
Great place to celebrate something special.
