I haven't eaten here in years, and it is as good as I remember.
Burrata- super creamy, on top of arugula with sauce that was delicious. Served with marinated tomatoes that complimented the cheese well.
The gnocchi was light, fluffy, melt in your mouth kind of pasta- exaaaactly as it should be! Ours was in the creamy sun-dried tomato sauce which had just the perfect hint of spice.
Asiago chicken was cooked well, and the sauce on the pasta was flavorful. Pasta itself could have use like one more minute of cook time, but overall it was v good.
We had good service, felt like we could take

Lovely place if looking for a pasta dinner! The atmosphere at Asiagos is wonderful, with beautiful decor and lighting. I ordered the Genoa Pasta - a tasty mix of spinach fettuccini, with a delicious sauce. Our table also ordered the fettuccini alla salmon, which was also enjoyed (although we liked the genoa pasta more!!) The bread served to the table was delicious, served with oil and vinegar. The caesar salad was wonderful as well. Bathrooms were adequate, but service was amazing. Our server was knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend for someone in downtown Boise!

Such a cute rustic Italian place downtown! There were 4 of us in our party and we first started with their Rosemary bread with olive oil and balsamic. Very nice! Then we had the salmon cakes with sauce and they were yummy. They first looked like little chicken nuggets due to their size. But they did not disappoint. Main course was eggplant for my husband which he said was very nice. I had the ravioli which was stuffed with ricotta with a citrus hint and bolognese which was amazing! Our son and friend had the Mediterranean and Gorzegno and said they were also delicious. We also had wine and

Started with the ARANCINI CARBONARA. They were very interesting and tasty. The tomato jam was really good. Then the CINQUE FORMAGGI. We added shrimp to the pasta. This dish was fantastic. The sauce perfect and the pasta was delicious. My wife had the GNOCCHI ALLA VODKA. We both loved the sauce on this but the gnocchi was over cooked and too soft. Good flavor but just no texture to it. Kind of disappointing.
Then dessert. We opted for the tiramisu and a decaf coffee. The coffee was really good. The tiramisu was Amazing!
Even with the couple things I felt were off I think there will probably be

Loved this place. Great food, great service. The ambiance could be improved upon a bit, but for a local place, it was very good. The waiter brought us a small taste of carmelized onions over fried cheese, which was delicious. We enjoyed the calamari and other pasta dishes. The fresh pasta truly makes a difference. The only problem was that we were too full to try dessert! Looking forward to next time we visit.

Asiago has been on my list for a hot minute now, so I'm very happy I finally get to check it off! My husband and I dropped in a for a quiet dinner on 09/29/2021. We arrived around 4:30 and were the only ones.
After internally debating whether to order wine or not, my love for Cab won me over and I ordered a glass of Beresan "Tom Foolery" Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 from Walla Walla ($13/glass, $48.00/bottle). The menu describes it as "opening with enticing aromas of ripe raspberry, plum, and bramble fruits with hints of crushed roses and earth notes on the palate flavors on blackberry

Non-existent acoustics made dinner conversation impossible. Our waiter used the "Royal We" which is a big pet peeve of mine, ugh.
Salad was overdressed. Our entrees were good but nothing outstanding. The rosemary focaccia was excellent, crispy on the outside, soft in the inside.
I'd recommend ordering dressing on the side and eating on the patio for a more favorable experience.

I've wanted to try this place for a while and finally had an excuse when my mom came to town. The entire experience was amazing! Our server was wonderful and helped us make up our mind on a bottle of wine, and after that the hardest decision was what to order. The menu is unique and more authentic than your standard American-Italian fare. I had the house made ravioli with a wild boar bolgonese sauce that was to die for. We will definitely be back.

If I could give a ZERO on customer service I would!!
It says to come wait in the Wine Bar when you place a to-go order but when I showed up, I was rudely told that I couldn't have a glass in the restaurant but had to go outside.
After getting my to-go order back to the hotel only to find out the order WAS wrong, they wouldn't send over the correct item!
Finding parking and waiting is a total pain there.
Will NEVER go again!
Food is over priced. Small portions. Jordan, the manager was NOT accommodating when THEY made a mistake on the order.
I already left a tip on the order and on the

My husband and I went here for a date night on April 5th. The place had a very "hole in the wall" feel to it and we loved that. The wine was very good and the food was delicious. My husband had the Fettuccine Alla Bolognese and I had the Pesce. Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavors were spot on. We will definitely be back in the future (especially for that gorgonzola polenta!)

If you're thinking about trying Asiago's - you should. I can't recommend it enough. Here's why:
My husband and I and two of our friends went to Asiago's on a Saturday night. Our experience was wonderful, it hit the checkboxes in every category: the service was incredible and well paced; our meals were hot, delicious, and freshly made; the price was reasonable; and the atmosphere and ambiance was cute and romantic.
So to begin with, I always tell my servers I have a life threatening tree nut allergy - and I often watch their response to gauge how likely it is I'll

Probably the worst meal I've had in Boise. The amuse bouche was drowning in thousand island dressing. The burrata was easily the worst I've ever had, it was also drowning in thousand island dressing, and accompanied by terrible tomatoes. The gnocchi was over-cooked and had a tasteless sauce. I don't know why people would dine here.

Dine in at Asiago's on Main Street! You are greeted by a pleasant hostess and your server is attentive, knowledgeable and very professional. Enjoy a one-bite appetizer while you peruse the wine list or the menu. The Salmon Crabcakes topped with a Honey Sriracha slaw and a side of Lemon Aioli is not spicy, but is full of flavor. We tried their Traditional Lasagna. The portion size was large with good balance between all the lasagna layers. Their Asiago Piccata which is chicken and fettuccine in a lemon sauce with capers was perfect! The noodles are made fresh and the quality is definitely worth

I don't appreciate being blatantly ripped off when ordering a delivery order. My $8 Mediterranean salad was literally the tiniest salad I've ever received from a restaurant. It might have been eight bites. If it had been delivered to my table I would have returned it without hesitation. Conveniently I can't do that with a delivery order.
Why would you serve this to a customer who is trying to support local establishments during a difficult time for the restaurant industry?

I was looking forward to have some nice Italian meal after a day of scouting the Boise area (planing to move out of the Bay Area).
The Burrata was meh (the Mozarella was kind of... entering the next stage of aging)
The Caesar Salate was soure
But what a slap in the face. A extremely poor attempt of the house made Gnocchi in a gorgonzola creamsouce. If you don't know how to make them either learn it or buy a ready made pack.
They had barley been cooked. Some of them did not even reach body temperature. They had a very dense, almost powdery/chunky consistency. Tatertots before the fryingpan
