The food was good and not over priced, service was decent. But when we got our tickets is when we were informed of them including a gratuity along due to it being a party of 8, 7 were adults and kids while 1 was out 1 year old baby. Brought it up and they counted him as #8. We had no idea they did that, was not informed. They just said it's on the menu ( no mention of them counting babies for the party on the menu). The food was good and the atmosphere was homey, but that's not what gave this visit 5 stars. My server Cassie (Casey?) made this one of the better restaurant experiences I've had. She was attentive, efficient, and her witty humor had the table laughing on multiple occasions. It's rare that you find actually decent servers, even before the world shut down. If you happen to stop by while in Boise I only have two recommendations; 1. Get the Greek Penne and, 2. Ask for Cassie/Casey. I can promise you won't regret either!

I have to say the food is pretty good! And the service is not bad either. Short staffed...but they are attentive.
This is concern...as we walked in the smell was almost to much..damp... musty....carpet dirty and torn..not been swept or vacuumed. The seats on the booth need to be repaired this restaurant is in need of a facelift and some love. Too bad the owner has let it go downhill. It is one of our favorite places to eat for the menu. And I don't think we can go back because of the smell and it lack of cleanliness. If this is what the dining room looks like I wonder what the kitchen looks

The service was horrible. Our "waitress" was rude and was too busy with her friends at the bar to be polite and take our orders. When she finally did she was extremely rude. She ripped the menu out of my hands and walked away before i could order. Didn't stay. First and last time we ever go here. Very bad experience.

Normally I shy away from chain restaurants however yesterday evening I found myself starving on top of a really difficult few days. There were many chain restaurants and I chose their Nampa location, in part 'cause a parking spot opened just by the door (another treat for any senior who is alone:).

I met my son for lunch Sunday I overheard the waiter talking to the hostess and he said they only had two waiters. I though oh oh...She seated us and took our orders and our food was ready in a reasonable time! It was very tasty! My favorite is the French Dip so that's what I ordered. It was piping hot and very tasty. The only thing off was that I was supposed to have horseradish sauce and it looked more like thousand island. Considering the situation that was a small matter!!

Love smoky mountain, but it was hotter inside this place than outside. I shouldn’t be sweating inside of a restaurant. It was so hot inside that my beer warm 🤢. Who likes warm beer? Also waited too long in between each visit from the waiter. Very disappointed with experience, should’ve went to the one on state st.

Pizza is great, always is. But service at this location needs a improvement. Arrived for pickup and was told I had to wait a little extra for my order to be ready because they were busy, which was fine because I understand management at places is cutting costs and not having enough staff. Wait ended up being 20 minutes after the original promised time but my other issue is that I found it strange that the next person that came in after me (that also had to wait) was offered something to drink while they waited. Even though I was there earlier, I was never offered anything. Not really welcoming

I say 4 stars on behalf of my waiter and the food. Bryce was my waiter and when I walked in, he told me he'd be right back to seat me which was fine. What annoyed me was that there were literally 3 other staff members at the booth by the kitchen just sitting and because the waiter took a little to get back to me, one of the dudes from the booth got up and came to seat me, with his mask below his chin, BOTHERED. Even though we live 4 miles away the individual answering said he looked my address up on his phone and it shows it's further. The other locations won't deliver because I truly am out of their zone. I have had their pizza before and had it delivered and loved it. I always tip well too. This is a deal breaker. Ordered from Pizza Hut tonight instead. Hire smarter people. He said he needed to "speak to his general manager" about my address. I actually would have asked but I'm sure he sounded like he would do something to my pizza if I did order so whatever. Third time I have walked out of this place. I like the food but service is lacking, in particular the hostess desk. A customer should not have to wait 5 to 10 minutes just to be recognized. I don't know that I will return to this location again. I don't mind a wait to be seated but I cannot tolerate not even being recognized by staff and when someone did finally address us it was with disdain, as though we were an interruption. If you want to be treated as a valued customer go elsewhere. Money is too hard to come by to spend it at an establishment that doesn't value its customers

We visited the Boise location. This location is conveniently located off Parkcenter Drive. It is easy to see from the main road. Parking lot was small. The establishment was somewhat clean, but could have been better (ex. empty dirty tables not cleared, greasy salt/pepper/parm cheese/crushed red pepper shakers). The initial service was poor. There as four parties dining at this time. We were not greeted at our table with menus for 5 to 7 minutes. The service improved once orders were placed. The pizza was very good and hot. The gluten free crust was very good and I was impressed (see pics). Overall
