This place is so good. The Delulo is a reuben and it was amazing. The salad is a huckleberry salad and looks very eloquent and tasted really good. I forgot to take a picture of the cauliflower before we ate it cause it looked and smelled so good. If being vegan was like this I would never eat meat again. If you haven't been here yet go it was incredible and the bloody Mary's are Spicey.

Visited the restaurant’s bar a couple nights because the vibe is so comfortable. Our delightful bartender, Brittnie didn’t miss a beat. Watching her in action will captivate you. She can anticipate your needs even before you know what you need! For reals. What a gem.

I had the trout and my husband had the Filet Mignon. My trout, and everything that came with it, was absolutely delicious. It was seasoned perfectly and the trout was cooked at the perfect temperature. The filet was good but could have used a little more seasoning and if the steak came with polenta I think they would compliment each other very nicely. My husband likes his medium well so he ordered it as a medium and it turned out to be medium well. There were SO MANY shoestring fries. They were good but it tasted

The starters at this place are where it’s at. Honestly you could come here just for them. They are the only reason I’m rating 4 stars instead of 3. We had the Szechuan Cauliflower and it was soooo good.
Their entrees aren’t anything special. I had the chicken Caesar salad and it came as an ENTIRE lettuce head, unchopped, slathered in dressing, with some pico messily tossed on. It tasted fine, but was difficult to eat. The chicken was flavorful but stringy and tough. At the bare minimum they could’ve chopped the lettuce.

Went here to celebrate my cousin's birthday and we could not be happier. The atmosphere was charming and welcoming. The staff and specifically our waitress, Jill took very good care of us. Friendly and attentive! I highly recommend the shrimp Mac and cheese, cobbler and the chocolate cake. The menu items are pricy but well worth every penny. I will definitely return.

No place is perfect, but here it gets as good as it gets (mostly).
Trillium is owned by The Grove Hotel and they work together for an award winning service experience. We did stay 2 nights at the Grove and dinned in the restaurant on NYE. See our separate review for the hotel.
We made dinner reservations for NYE and spoke with the manager about our anniversary celebration as well. They sent up a bottle of Prosecco to our room and we decided to bring it to our dinner. Normally, there is a $15 corkage fee, but since the wine was provided by the hotel, they waved the fee for us.

Best dinner in Boise! Haley gave amazing, attentive service. When was the last time your server approached the table after you received your meals and asked you how your 1st bites tasted?! Cocktails were absolutely delicious, one of the best whiskey sours (other than my own) and same for the spicy marg. I don't care for mezcal so Haley suggested substituting a nice silver tequila foe my Vida Vida cocktail and it was a great call. The stroganoff was out of this world with freshly shaved parm and fresh herbs. So satisfying on a cold evening. Also the warm Dungeness crab salad was a huge hit

The fact that this restaurant has over 4 stars is mind boggling. I paid $30 for a dry halibut smothered in salty cauliflower pure and 4 pomegranate seeds. Our drinks we watered down and tasteless and our waitress was annoyed that we were unhappy. I will NEVER return. And not to mention... the valet backed into a brand new car and never told the owners AND let him continue working. Comical.

Last night we had dinner at Trillium for our anniversary. The food was excellent both in quality and preparation. Our server, Marin, was excellent as well, very personable and competent, and she comped us a dessert to celebrate. However, the acoustics are terrible and it is very loud. Additionally, there were two families with young children at separate tables in the restaurant. The kids from one table kept going back and forth and standing around the table next to us - it was annoying. That's not the fault of the restaurant or the kids, the parents should have been more considerate of other

I had both room service from the restaurant and breakfast in house the next morning. The service was prompt and attentive without being rushed or overbearing. The food was decent as well. I had their burger and, although cooked medium well, was still good overall. The chocolate hazelnut cake was delicious and would have again for sure.
The corned beef hash for breakfast was full of large chunks of corned beef and was hearty and good.

Simple yet pretty good lunch with two little kids. They have French fries on pretty much every item of the menu. Menu can be a bit more inventive. Wonderful location and beautiful indoor decor. Staff were very accommodating and fast. Need to come again to try their dinner too and heard their Friday happy hour is good as well.

Holy goodness! Being in my second trimester and celebrating my ten year wedding anniversary, one can imagine how excited I was about the food. Well, it didn’t disappoint. We were in food heaven.
For our appetizer, we enjoyed their Flatbread and enjoyed its wide range of flavors. It was easy to devour.
For dinner I ordered the Bison Meatloaf and my husband got the Cajon Shrimp Mac and Cheese. Both were incredible dishes. In fact, my husband has raved nonstop about his dish since. 10 out of 10 recommended.
For dessert, I got the Chocolate Torte 🤤 and my husband enjoyed the New York Cheesecake

DELICIOUS!
It's on a Rosemary hoagie sort of roll
DY NO MITE!!
I inhaled that sandwhich!
Very swanky inside, I opted for to go.
Man that was such a good sandwich. Only thing I would add is Mayo. It does come with a sort of au jus gravy sauce you can dip, the dna which isn't dry by any means. The meat, thinly sliced, succulent. The cheese ooey goey yummy!

Tonight, my family and I were looking for a place to have dinner and we walked in front to look over their menu outside their door. A gentleman who was either the host or waiter came up to greet us and told us he had a table available for our family or 7. Our server Yasmine came to introduce herself and kids right away placed their drink and food orders. A plus was their $7 kids menu for lunch and dinner and $5 breakfast! Our boys ordered 3 grilled cheese with fries and pepperoni pizzas which were all good! We ordered the crispy Brussel sprouts as appetizer, bronzed steelhead trout with veg, the

On 4/10/21, I had dinner at Trillium. The ambience, service and company were excellent. The food was average.
We shared two appetizers:
Portobello Fries ($12) - Macadamia and Panko crusted, mango catch up. This is the second time I've tried this appetizer. It's my least favorite.
Smoked Chicken Flatbread ($13) - Candied onion, smoked Gouda, basil. It also has some balsamic vinegar. We all enjoyed this dish.
For entrées, we ordered:
Warm Crab Salad ($20) - Dungeness crab, grilled asparagus, lemon butter, capers, pickled egg, cucumber, tomato, spring mix. It looked good, but didn

We had this on our "possible" list for over a year. We went there for Happy Hour or maybe dinner, we didn't have a set plan.
Lots of reviews have covered this establishment. It is on the first floor of the Grove Hotel directly off the lobby. We gave our car key to the attendant and he managed the 3 hour free parking for us. Jill was our server and did an excellent job of introducing us to the menu.

I was so excited that I had a chance to come back for a wedding reception at the Trillium last Saturday.
My husband and I ordered every mixed drink on their menu! Lol! He really like their PB&J (it's a old forester bourbon, screwball whiskey, Emmett cherry bitters & Orange bitters). I love their Garden of Greens(rum & gin w/cucumber, basil, mint, lime and a splash of soda water).
The food was still exceptional. I had a Filet Mignon; it was cook to my request. My husband had an Adult shrimps Mac and cheese, he love it! One of my daughters had Braised Pork Shank, it was so good

We came here for a birthday dinner and it did not disappoint!
This is located on the ground floor of the Grove Hotel. You'll walk in through the lobby and then see Trillium immediately to your right. Our hostess was awesome and counted our party, figured out our reservation and walked us to our table without even having to give our name! Our waitstaff was also very attentive and kind. During COVID - our staff was fully masked and gloved. Guests wore masks away from their tables.
