Twice the service I’d expect !
I’ve bounced around Mgt companies more than I’d like to admit. Corona has been rough on everyone, and it felt especially rough on me and my business. The people at TREK have assisted professionally and personally more than I’d expect from my closest friends.

The house I've rented for over three years was sold by the owner and Trek took over management of the property about three months ago. The heating is connected to the house, a couple of floor furnaces, which one went out last month, I was instructed to put in a maintenance request for it which took two weeks for them to respond to. After they delayed coming out when the guy came to relight the pilot and was prompt about it, he also left the cover off where the flame can be seen, inside the bottom of the heater itself instead of reattaching it. April from the office later sent a text to let me know

These people never get back in touch with you when you try to inquire about a rental. Was trying to use them and they’ve ruined that. Take your business elsewhere. They’re bad at business. If you’re not going to answer the office phone there’s no reason for y’all to even be operational. Only reason they got 1 star is because I couldn’t give them 0
