If you are in the market for your perfect rental home, you have come to the right place. As a prospective tenant, we can help you through the process of finding and applying for the home of your dreams. Once you are a resident, we have a suite of tools to make your rental experience the best it can be.
The criteria that we use to qualify prospective tenants are a "tiered" system. The higher the credit score, the easier it is to qualify. Verifiable rental history, co-applicant qualification, and income verification can all be used to qualify a tenant. If a tenant cannot qualify under our normal qualification procedures, additional security deposits (up to triple the normal amount) may be requested to qualify a tenant.

If you want a quality agent to sell your home go with Ken Ravago. He is courteous and very professional. He'll tell you what you need to do to get the house sold. He is easy to work with and is a genuine down to earth person. Ken kept me updated through the whole process and it helped ease a lot of the anxiety. Ken Ravago is the absolute best realtor in the Las Vegas market. Marketing plan, outstanding professional photos, dedicated team, this guy has it all!

Less than a year ago, I decided to make the move out of California and the Ravago Group, Kim was referred to me by a local fisherman in the Bay Area.
