I just completed a Body Buzz session with my trainer, Fiona. I am 67 years old and was a little nervous at first but Fi, put me right at ease. In traditional strength training, I need to do 3 sets of 10 reps to get to the last few that do the most good. I was amazed when my personal trainer, Hector, asked if I wanted to try BodyBuzz.
In 20 minutes you get a three hour workout, and stimulate all the key muscle groups. Without changing anything else, in just a couple months of doing this workout I have gone down one size while building lean muscle. Being 62 years old, the BodyBuzz workout has been much easier on my joints than a typical gym exercise which is an added bonus.

I'm hesitant to write a review because I don't want to share my secret, but it's the right thing to do.
I was skeptical and actually quite terrified to try this workout because it's so different, but I was really struggling to stick to anything and really was out of shape. I felt exhausted the first time I did it and I literally barely did anything but I decided to muscle through and give it a real chance. I'm several months in and wow. I wish I could say that I've simultaneously improved my diet and added other things but honestly, this is all I've really

I have struggled with hip and knee pain for a long time. Traditional workouts usually inflame those areas causing pain and longer recovery. I was extremely skeptical of body buzz and EMS technology. How could a 20 minute workout with a suit bring on change? Well after 8 sessions, I'm a believer. Not only have I seen a physical change in my body, but I also have no more pain in my joints during or after workouts!!!! I'm addicted, and can't wait to get my next workout with body buzz and their two great trainers, Hector and Cierra!

I was a bit skeptical about trying BodyBuzz but I am so glad that I did. It is amazing that a 20 minute workout can provide the equivalent of three hours in the gym. Even though the workout seems less strenuous, I was breathing just as hard as full impact cardio and experienced the same, if not more, muscle soreness a day or two later. I am already seeing more results than from my one hour traditional workouts. I have been working out with Hector for over a year and he is awesome.
