My POV as a guest to our friends that live here had been quite good. It's nice to see families that live here let their children play with each other like the ole days. I just have 1 suggestion, Please Get Somebody on the Gym Trash... Consistently being on it to keep it clean or get a bigger trash can. Also get a recycling ♻️ container for paper towels & water bottles in there❗
Last but least why don't yall have a ♻️Recycling♻️ system in place here?!? Everybody here could be doing they're part, it Really isn't that hard so could y'all PLEASE get it started here❓❗

Yes plant trees in front of every single plaque that identifies the building number great idea, real safe

Very disappointed with the company. I applied and the application process included the security deposit before being approved. You couldn’t skip in order to process application. At the same time I was approved for a home loan and canceled my application before I knew I was approved. Now they said that I can’t have my security deposit refunded although the apartment up the street I was approved for refunded me my deposit. Shout out to The District at Phenix City for doing the right thing!

Staff is friendly, pond is beautiful, and they’re pet friendly! Highly recommend

Taylor and Melody were absolutely phenomenal!! They are super sweet and helpful anytime I call. I would highly recommend Steeple Crest to anyone!!

Run! Found everything from mold to hvac issues two days before we were planned to move in for over a month. While the front desk lady is nice the office manager clearly doesn't care. When I express my concern about all the issues because keep in mind while that alone is enough to want to run nothing was painted the apartment was half a** cleaned and everything was old and rusted she had the nerve to start our conversation with we can give you your deposit back... life doesnt works like that for everyone. On move in they took care of the mold and half a** touch up painted nothing else. And then

I really enjoyed living here for the past two years. I always felt safe and maintenance was always on point. The only reason I’m moving is the rent keeps going up.

I have loved living here, up until this past month. Pool needs a good, professional cleaning because obviously dumping chemicals isn’t doing the trick. Since the pool is locked, this in turn locks us out of our gym. Plus, please add fixing the hot tub to the list....the selling point for me moving in was the hot tub, only to find out after it is not in working condition.

Been living at Steeple Crest for a couple of years and let me tell you in no way is this place Luxury. When new management took over the property things were starting to look better. However in the past few months there has been a string of vehicle break ins. SO far the only answer management has for the issue is to request a curtesy patrol. While that is all fine the police admit all they are going to do is drive through the parking lot. This will do nothing to prevent anyone from breaking into a vehicle.
Also people will park where and how they want as there is nothing done but for idle threats

Moving to the area very soon due to work and was very impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge of the staff. Taylor was fantastic in helping me find the best possible apartment that fit my budget and I cannot wait to utilize all the amenities the community has to offer. Great location with very reasonable prices. Looking forward to living here!

I'm going to try and forget about the fact that the management replaced the Precor ellipticals with Life Fitness brand. Yes, I'm disappointed but I still love where we live. I love our apartment, and I love the location. And I'm very glad that there is an Anytime Fitness right nextdoor, so I can still work out in the early A.M.
