Services
The Paleo Diet is based upon eating wholesome, contemporary foods from the food groups our hunter-gatherer ancestors would have thrived on during the Paleolithic era, the time period from about 2.6 million years ago to the beginning of the agricultural revolution, about 10,000 years ago.
These foods include fresh meats (preferably grass-produced or free-ranging beef, pork, lamb, poultry and game meat), fish, seafood, fresh fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts and healthful oils.Dairy products, cereal grains, legumes, refined sugars and processed foods were not part of our ancestral menu.

I just had Gayle and her team at What’s Cookin cater my boyfriend’s 40th birthday party. Her food was absolutely incredible. Everything was so delicious. On top of the taste her food is really beautiful. Everything was so fresh, bright and summery. I received numerous compliments about the food and questions on where I had gotten it from. Gayle was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with her again.

Thank you for an amazing 60th birthday dinner for Our friend! We all loved the chicken piccata and eggplant dishes! You make the best chopped salad and the homemade blue cheese dressing is fantastic! What put the dinner over the edge, is your raspberry Cheesecake! An Unbelievable tasting and looking cake with the fresh flowers! So good, thanks Gayle

Almond crusted paleo chicken, and buffalo chicken chili were delicious. Paleo choc chip banana bread was moist and really well balanced. Normally when I have an end piece, it's dry enough to be a fire hazard, but somehow this wasn't the case here. Not the quickest service in the world as they only have 2 people working the grill, near as I could tell, but definitely worth the wait. Coconut almond truffle was great, too. Picked up a veggie quiche with sweet potato crust (frozen) to take home, too.

The place was easy to find, presentable and clean inside. As a first time customer my first impressions were mainly positive. Staff was friendly and prompt, and prices were ok for the portions.
On the not so positive side you pay an extra fee or percentage increase if using your credit/debit card to pay as this is mainly a 'cash preferred' type of place. The menu prices are cash only, the card transaction pays more, but nobody said anything I just happened to read it. The menu choices I found online were very different from the actual location, and such main ordering menu is away from where you
