Dana and I met while working at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts where we discovered our mutual dream of opening a hotel in Newport, RI. Dana was a natural fit for owning and operating an Inn. Having grown up at her parent's Bed and Breakfast on Nantucket Island for fifteen years, Dana knew from an early age that the hospitality field was a natural career path for her.
America's Cup will turn left by the harbor/wharf area and turn into Memorial Boulevard at a traffic light. Follow Memorial uphill less than a half-mile and turn left at your second traffic light (Bellevue Avenue). Follow Route 114 into Middletown. After passing Home Depot and Staples on your right, there will be a stoplight.

We stayed in the apartment. It was perfect for us. Nice and quiet, very clean, owners are very friendly and helpful and the have the BEST pastries for purchase! I never thought I liked croissants until I had these. Location is out of the way of all the hustle and bustle of the port but close enough to walk to everything. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great stuff about this place. We were in town for a family wedding and the inn was just perfect for our stay. The rooms are comfy and cozy and very quiet. The outdoor space was great! We hung out with the family and as people were coming and going we offered drinks and conversation. Excellent coffee and small breakfast items. You know how people say location, location, location….well, this inn is in a GREAT location! A quick walk into town and you have everything at your finger tips. Shopping, coffee, lobster rolls. This was my first trip to Newport, and I know I will be back

Quaint small rooms with a unique flare of eclectic Newport style! What a cool concept for rooms with a small bedroom area in the lower level of the room and a spiral staircase leading to the bath area with a private shower and toilet area. Really would give 4.5☆ to be honest and only reason was lack of friendliness from "staff" or ownership. We were left alone and it was private but not necessarily welcoming. We had to just find our way around and weren't sent off from our stay with even a smile, let alone a "thank you for staying with us". The location is fabulous and parking was easy behind

This was my first time staying here and it was a phenomenal experience. From the moment I arrived, I could tell the owner had great attention to detail. My room was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. The bed was really comfortable and I like that each room had individually controlled ac. The owner was so nice and very attentive. Plus, the location is perfect. Right off of Bellevue. If I ever go back to Newport- this is where I will be staying.

Stayed a night in the "Snuggery" room. Pretty cool to have a two story room with a spiral staircase! Pros: free parking, great location in historic neighborhood within walking distance to main drag, clean, easy check-in, good price, and friendly owner. Cons: breakfast not included, but Cru Cafe down the street was delicious! Would stay again.
