My elderly mother has been at Broadstone Heights for over 2 years. Management was very accommodating when she asked to move to a smaller unit last year. In addition, the staff has been very helpful working with us if we had questions. This is a lovely property and she feels safe here. This would be a 5 rating, however the 4 rating reflects challenges with upkeep that may be caused by Covid related staff and product shortages i.e. parts to repair the pool and the front gate, through no fault of management.

I have lived here at Broadstone Heights for quite awhile and this is the first time I have renewed my lease online. Thank you to Adrianne for getting my lease ready and emailing it to me and thank you to Angela for re-emailing it to me when I lost it in my inbox. Thank you also Angela for telling me how to renew my lease online. Thanks to you I found the process to be so easy! We lived here from May 2019 to April 2021. We were happy overall with our time here and have no complaints. It was a great apartment in a beautiful area. Well maintained and kept up. Really wonderful neighbors the whole time.
I'd especially like to thank Adrienne, Tess, Kristen and Sierra in the leasing office. They are kind and attentive and always do their best to make it feel like home.
A huge thanks to James in maintenance. He took such great care of us and our apartment. He was quick to show up if we had a problem and he made sure it was fixed right and we were happy.

Although I am new the Broadstone community, I am also new to NM, as I have recently relocated from IN for work. Sierra has been extremely accommodating and has provided nothing but 5 star customer service. It is a beautiful complex, located in a great area of town, and combines a combination of suburban living with the beauty of the Sierra mountain. I would recommend you check Broadstone Heights out. You won't be disappointed.

I'm a brand new resident, but I'm already stoked to live here! You can tell by the concessions offered, the maintenance of the grounds, and the friendly staff that management really cares and wants to make their residents happy...and it seems to work! Also, shout out to Nicole in the leasing office - you definitely sold me the place! Thank you for being so friendly and for taking the time to show me that my business mattered. The other Broadstone community leasing office people should take a leaf out of your book!

Excellent Apartments, Great View! We have lived here for the past 2 years and have enjoyed everything about this property. Being on the 2nd floor with the back porch - the view is just fabulous! We just renewed our lease, that is how much we enjoy the service (things fixed on time) and the friendly neighbors!
