I walked in to gather information in regards to the property. I spoke to Alisha. Alisha’s unwillingness spirit to help, nonchalant attitude and her inability to communicate options and solutions effectively was disheartening. As I asked another question in regards to viewing the property, it appeared that she was annoyed about my inquisitive nature in regards to a community I was considering moving into. “She stated she needed to get back to her manager Sharon on a call, that she stopped to talk to me. Crooked people i put almost a 1000 dollars to hold the next available apt , since housing is at a premium they decided to raise the rent to 1300 which disqualifies me to live there, thats shady business practice.

This is my second year here and I love it! The apartment is absolutely beautiful and feels like a house because it is so big. My kids are comfortable and safe here. There is a playground right in front of our building that we enjoy. Community is well kept and issues are addressed as the front office staff, Stacie and Alisha are always willing to help. The Maintance men are very helpful and friendly and respond quickly. I would definitely recommend malabar cove!

The apartments are spacious and affordable. The prices are far below what other communities in this area are charging with less space. It is so nice to live in a community where the maintenance team is knowledgeable and makes repairs in a timely fashion. Plus, I have more time because services such as pest control, landscaping and preventative maintenance are all done for me.

I have been living here at Malabar Cove for the past 8 years. While there have been some concerns, loud music coming from cars for example. For the most part it has been quite enjoyable. Compared to when I first got here to now things have changed for the better. There is a better maintenance team. They work hard at keeping the place clean and tidy especially at the compactor! I love my apartment, cozy yet spacious.

The staff keep it clean and get repairs done quickly.

I hardly ever write a review, but I can only give 1 start for this place. The workers here are so rude. We are trying to live somewhere nice and affordable, but what do we get for that? Unprofessional workers. I regret coming here and can't wait for my lease to end. I question how safe this neighborhood is too.
