Money hungry scammers. I just recently came back from my deployment and received a mail saying that I owe them money for wall paint/blinds/carpet cleaning etc. After the walk around on my move out day, they said everything was good to go and that I do not owe anything. Make sure you guys get everything written on paper and signed that you will not owe anything once you move out. I am so glad to have been able to end my lease early due to my deployment. I lived at the Vue for less than 1 year and all I can remember was the cops showing up every week, my car getting broken into, my packages being

I absolutely love the staff here at The Vue! Everyone is great from the office staff to the maintenance techs. But today I really like to give a shout out to Adrian and Jamie from the maintenance staff! My dishwasher needed to be replaced and they both were amazingly fast and extremely friendly! Thank you guys so very much for my new dishwasher that will be getting used tonight LOL. But from installing it to finishing it up they even gave me a demo on how to use it. Thank you both for your great service 😊👌

I am a military and I have to move overseas but I have to say that this is the best property that I have lived in.
The amenities are always working and available, the staff is very friendly and the community is immaculate!.
This review is also for Adrian, He came to do my final move out inspection and he was nothing but excellent! He gave me an explanation of my possible charges and provided me with some of their Vendors so I can get fully refunded, that was really big for me because it tells me that He CARES about people.

The complex itself was beautiful, clean and well-kept and very quiet. There was not a lot of traffic. The greeting from the staff was pleasantly attentive. My experience with the leasing agent, Jesse was absolutely phenomenal. His personality, and his professionalism was over the top. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. They even have documents that give me the answers and the information to any questions you might have so you don’t have to take too many notes on your own or try to remember everything. I would definitely recommend this property! It is absolutely worth the investment

I submitted a service request about my refrigerator not working and Jaime came with Adrian to fix it very quickly. I have to say that they handle the items inside of my fridge very carefully and they were using their masks and gloves.
I am feel very confident when I use the portal to submit any request I have because these guys will take care the same day and the right way.

My boy friend just moved here and is in love with everything this property has to offer. They have a huge weight room that is open 24 hours and 2 pools. Lots of shopping and dining close by. Kristina was the leasing agent who made his move smooth as possible. I would highly recommend moving into the Vue at centennial apartments.

was nothing short of first class. As we all know moving can be very stressful to say the least. Jesse made everything so easy and pleasant! He was very great about communicating with me about everything I needed to prepare for my move. He was always asking if I needed any more assistance, because he was ready to help always! Absolutely love this community! Kristina was super helpful and showed me the beautiful floor plans they had to offer. It was definitely spacious for my children, however the grounds need some work. Just moved into my new apartment at the Vue. The process was very simple. I completed my application via their website and had an approval within 24 hours. The day before my move in I physically went into the office and was greeted by Samantha (Sam). She was a huge help and able to answer all the questions I had. She actually made the transaction go smooth. She also had a good personality and great energy as it was easy to have a few laughs with her as she was presenting me with all the forms to sign.
It's only day 3 of my move here to the Vue and so far I have zero complaints. Everyone

This place is Amazing!! They office is always friendly and ready to help! They always meet me as I'm coming around the wall to their offices! They even help me with non-apartments related issues!
The gym is open 24/7 which allows people like me who are always on the go, to go either early in the morning or late at night!
The pool area is incredible!! It's always nice and clean and they have a shallow end where my toddler can play!!
They also have a movie room and a pool table to gather with friends and family!!
It's generally a quiet neighborhood and everyone here is friendly

I've lived at Vue @ Centennial since May, 2020 and since then have been very satisfied while living here. All of my maintenance requests have been completed within 24 hours, and the office staff has always been helpful. The apartments have a modern touch with oversized kitchen islands, & stainless steel appliances. The location is perfect, easily accessible to dining, shopping within 1 mile and close to 215 & 95 freeways. Check out this property, you'll be glad you did!!
