Holly's Pilates Village
We believe Pilates is the most effective and efficient way to exercise and maintain lifelong health. Started by German immigrant Joseph Pilates in the late 20th century, Pilates is a system of exercise that combines elements of strength training, yoga, mindfulness, coordination, boxing, gymnastics, and cardiovascular conditioning.

Pilates builds core strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone by lengthening the body and aligning the spine, rather than on bulking and shortening the muscles. At Pilates Village, we currently work with clients from ages 13 to 88. Many are recovering from illnesses and injuries. Some are trying to gain strength, balance, and muscle tone.

Jessica is my Pilates spirit animal. I entrust her with my neck and back. Pilates has been a lifesaver. As an RN, my back is wrecked. I spent over a year and a half in physical therapy and then saw a pain doc for occipital blocks for neurogenic headaches. Pilates saves my life and continues to! Holly & her instructors are wonderful.
This package is essential for anyone with injuries or special conditions, such as osteoporosis. Your first private session is $55. You can also get 5 additional private classes for just $325 -- saving $70 from our normal private rate. You will learn correct movement and breath patterns in addition to the Pilates repertoire on multiple pieces of equipment.
Introduction to Pilates Equipment: This class is good for beginners and focuses on fundamental exercises that will be practiced on the reformer, Cadillac, chair, and other equipment. New clients are encouraged to start with these classes or with private sessions. Buff Bones: This medically endorsed, full-body workout improves bone strengthening, conditioning, and balance.
Bone Strong Pilates for Osteoporosis is a full-body workout for bone strengthening, balance, and stamina. It integrates Pilates, strength training, and functional movement to improve the health and longevity of your bones and joints. Build stronger bones and improve your balance with research-based sequences and modifications that help protect students with low bone density.

Best pilates studio out there! Holly really knows her stuff, and is very warm and motivating. Classes are small with personal attention. Studio is clean and well maintained with a variety of equipment. Perfect if you are looking to step up your pilates skills or if you are just looking to improve your overall well-being from the wear and tear of life. Highly recommend!

I was referred by my internist to Holly's Pilates Village about 18 months ago in response to my worsening osteoporosis. My internist recommended the Bone Strong Pilates program, because she knew patients whose bone density had increased significantly because of participation in the Bone Strong program.

It's too early to know if my bone density has improved. My next Dexa scan will be in June 2022. But I can attest to the other benefits of Holly's Pilates! I had never practiced Pilates before. But I am now a Pilates convert. I practice three times a week with three different instructors

They will know your name after first class! The studio is super clean, personal, excellent equipment, small classes. The instructors give personal attention, cater to your specific issues and I absolutely love the Core Align classes!

This is an absolutely wonderful place to work out. I love the space and the equipment is brand new. The instructors are so pleasant without being annoying. They are accommodating and the owner is awesome! It feels so nice when you're there. I prefer the yoga class, but they have a variety of options (pilates, buff bones, nia just to name a few). I highly recommend taking classes at Holly's Pilates.

This is the best pilates studio I have ever attended! Every instructor is great. They are all knowledgeable, careful and strive to give their all to the clients. Each class is different and all are challenging and well worth the effort. I feel protected and cared for every time I go to Holly's Pilates Village. I believe it is the only studio in Louisville (maybe even in Kentucky) that offers classes called Buff Bones, specifically for people with osteoporosis. Oh, and the core align is the most incredible piece of equipment I have ever been on...what a challenge!

This studio and all the instructors are superb. They identify your strong and weak areas and over time even your weaknesses improve. The instructor/student ratio is such that even in a group class they are able to watch closely thus ensuring no over exertion/extension or injuries. You will be hooked forever on Pilates! I love my Pilates.

I feel like family at Holly's. Staff and teachers greet me by name and are genuinely concerned with my well-being. Teachers are obviously well-trained--I am especially grateful for the buff-bones pilates and yoga classes. My body feels more supple and stronger than it has in years. Thank you!

I started working with an apprentice a couple of years ago. I was sure I wasn't doing the work properly because I hadn't really done any kind of workout in YEARS and I'm not particularly well disciplined. The apprentice assured me I was, she could actually see the targeted muscles moving as they should.
When I began working with Holly and other certified instructors I moved to the Pilates Stretch classes. I love the yoga classes here. As a runner I have imbalances in my lower body and Holly’s Yin yoga class has really helped me open up the spots that are tight or feel stuck. Yin yoga has helped me increase the flexibility in my shoulders, hips and back while reducing aches and pains in my body.

Pilates Village is my happy place. Both the individual instruction and the group classes always target the entire body. My personal benefit with private instruction is the attention the instructor can direct to my target problem area(s). Holly has always strived to continue learning and incorporating wonderful additions to the studio and shares her knowledge with all her instructors. The location is easy to get to, the facility is orderly and clean and the staff are very warm and welcoming. Every time I go I feel like a valued member of the ‘team’. I do not have a life history of gym memberships or group exercise classes of any kind. So making this life change was a difficult one for, difficult only until I contacted Holly. She put me right at ease and I’ve never looked back. The instructors have taught me so much about how to develop good strong muscles in order to protect my bones. I was that I had known all of this years ago! I now feel stronger and more confident

I've been a client of the studio for over 5 years which is the longest period of time I have ever continued with an exercise regiment. I am excited when I have a class and have never dreaded going. I may be exhausted after class and feel muscles I didn't realize I had for several days but I ALWAYS feel better at the end of class.

The instructors are wonderful! They are friendly, knowledgable and well-trained. The instructors are aware of the correct form which is imperative to obtain the best results and to avoid injuries. The studio is clean, inviting and well-equipped. There

I had never done pilates before but I tried this place a few mornings ago and walked away feeling refreshed and a whole lot taller. After having an intense group session with Dorrie, I learned a whole lot about pilates and how simple movements can really work every single muscle group and leave you longer and leaner than when you walked into the studio. Although I am only in Louisville for another week, I would love to do another session here, and hopefully find some place that compares to PIlates Village in Denver!
