Mike and Michael were awesome. They were incredibly punctual and thorough. I appreciated the ability to walk through the home with them while they explained the problem spots they were seeing and the potential remedial steps. These two went above and beyond, finding several possible issues that less dedicated folks would not have caught. Great value, great customer service. Blue Sky Home Inspection is a top notch business which I would recommend to anyone.

Mike and his son Michael are quite an impressive team. They inspected our home today and we LEARNED so much from them! They included us in their inspection and gave us several pointers for home maintenance in the future. Nothing goes unnoticed. They have an eye for detail and yet, move quickly and efficiently through the inspection. We didn't know what to expect and they outlined what they would be doing. Super awesome people!!! Very thorough inspection. I’ve seen other guys do a home inspection in 20 minutes which is a no no. Blue sky did an amazing job. It took them 2 hours to do a whole inspection with two guys which is how it should be. Very nice and pleasant guys to work with. They are definitely the best hands down... also, you can’t beat the price!!

I was very impressed with both Mike and Michael during their thorough inspection and afterwards when they showed me some of their key findings, and then again when we received their very detailed and user-friendly report. They worked very hard not to make any messes and carefully cleaned up the bits of insulation that blew in when they opened the attic access panel.They are dedicated professionals and were happy to educate me on their process and general house-condition information.

Just had an inspection done by mike and his son. They were ten minutes early very professional and went right to work. Explained everything really well. I feel they were very thorough and even saw the little things which was important being a home buyer. They have Great prices and kicked in free dry rot and termite inspection. They are definitely getting recommended by me.

The inspection was scheduled for 9am. Mike pulled into the driveway about 10 minutes early. I left for about 10 minutes since the lock box couldn't be opened until 9am. When I returned Mike was on the roof already inspecting. My agent had gotten the door open and the rest of the team was inside checking everything. The report was in my email the very next morning. There were a couple of items found that I was not aware of during the inspection that were noted on the report. With multiple persons inspecting I wasn't with each inspector at all times. One of the items found was hot and cold reversed
