Not sure how this rude and flavor devoid place is still open. So many much better Asian places to go close by.

Good food but the 3.5% up charge to use a credit card is annoying. I will just go 2 mins up the road to Asian Kitchen and get equally as good food for cheaper and they let me use my credit card w/o adding on a fee.

Food was okay. Service was okay. Being charged 3.5% for using a debit card without any notice was unacceptable. Will not be going back. Better Chinese food can be found elsewhere.

Eat this once a week Honey chicken an chicken on a stick is our go too. There Hot sour soup is awesome. Love there food. Yummy

Food has zero flavor we ordered several different items. First time ordering from here and the last. wonton soup was hard in the middle and also no flavor, beef on stick was so thin and very dry. We spent over $60 delivered. Won’t be ordering from here again, disappointed.

Customer service is very important in running a business. I will spend my money ware I'm treated as a person. I walked in and no hello just stood there. So I spoke and the lady didn't speak back. Just handed me a menu and said Pick! So then I had a question about a combination of meats instead of 1 entree. Everything I asked was just NO! It's not what she said but how she said it. So I guess that was her son who walked up and explained why. I kept being polite and ordered. After I recieved my food I said thank you and have a good day. Nothing! I got my food home and it wasn't even good no taste

Found stainless steel shards from a pot scrubber in my General Tso Chicken. Pulled 2 out of my mouth!

I just walked in and placed a to-go order earlier today. Firstly, very friendly young man took my order. Secondly, the food came out very quick. Thirdly, and the reason for my 2-star review, the meat portion was measly, cooked poorly, and it's hard for me to put down an egg roll but the veggies inside were cut large and not thoroughly cooked. I will not be back any time soon.

It served its purpose. Food was hot. However, lo mein in combo platter came with zero veggies, ordered pork fried rice and ALL of the rice was plain, no veggies no pork hell not even scallions. Two stars...well because it was hot and on time. Disappointed a little but eh...oh well.

Been eating here for 30 years. Very well run local family business. Just had yet another excellent experience. Never had a wrong or incomplete order. Food is always piping hot, fresh, high quality.

Avoid! Our chicken was raw! We ordered the fried chicken and took a bite to find that it was undercooked and not particularly fried either. Overall, the staff had a scarcity mindset rather than a prosperity mindset. Charged $1 for a bit of Teriyaki sauce on the side. Another customer came in and asked some questions about shrimp and fried rice and she was unhelpful. Stubborn and bad customer service. Where else are they cutting corners?

I honestly would have never found this place if it wasn't recommended to me by a friend. But I'm so glad she found it because it's amazing. I will say the customer service was absolutely terrible the first time we came. The waiter was watching something on his phone and was not giving us any attention. But aside from terrible service...the food is on point. We pretty much always get the sesame tofu and Thai basil fried rice. There's a lo mein dish we tried and that was really good too. They have delivery available through Door Dash. I've had their food delivered to my work

China House is my favorite sit down Chinese restaurant. Everything I have ever ordered has been delicious. Much better than any buffet, the food is cooked to order. I especially enjoy the Spicy Garlic Chicken.
Their prices are very reasonable and they always serve you more food than you can finish!

SUPER good. I ordered steamed dumplings and spicy scezchuan shrimp and everything was absolutely delicious. The filling in the dumplings was amazing, dipping sauce was great. Only thing I would change would be the quality of the fried rice. It was a bit dry and didn't have the usual peas and carrots in it, just plain. Still tasted good though. I would and will order again. Best Chinese food I've had in Chattanooga.

Had heard from a friend that this was the spot but I was not impressed. Going on a Saturday afternoon I expected it to be busy but there was only one other table occupied. That should have been my red flag to leave but my hunger was more powerful. I ordered steam dumplings as an appetizer, then orange chicken for my daughter and Szechuan beef for myself. They come out suspiciously quick, minus the dumplings. My daughters chicken was okay but I have to say mine was bland, not a hint of spice. Overall just not impressed.

Food is a hit or miss. Dumplings are delicious. They need to have consistency in taste.

I've been coming here since I was a little girl before it was ran by new management. It was way better before. Took me awhile to like the food here again but they have improved the food tremendously since. Chicken and broccoli and general chicken are my favorites. Egg drop soup needs to be improved. Quick service (maybe too quick) and nice staff.

Unfortunately, I can not give a wonderful review. I tried this restaurant out due to a friend's recommendation and I must say that I'm severely disappointed.
The restroom was interesting. The broom and dirty dustpan were just hanging out in the room and it was overall a dirty presentation.
The server did not know the dishes. I would have ordered a single dish if he had known what was in the option I chose.The food was decent but not what I had hoped for.
When checking out, the server was talking to his coworker instead of giving any attention to the customer.

Good Chinese food, served quickly and reasonably priced! One of our favorites! We always get the Shrimp Fried Rice, Cashew Chicken, Egg Drop Soup and Spring Rolls! Always yummy! You can eat in but there are few tables and not much of an atmosphere but pleasant for a simple meal.

Good hometown Chinese. Love their steamed dumplings and house special chow mein. They give you coupons after the first order that makes it cheap to feed a family. I normally get take out. Dining area is small and unimpressive.

Had dinner at China House with some friends last night. The food was absolutely disgusting - probably the worst Chinese and Thai food I've had in a very long time. The pad thai was so spicy that it was unedible. I thought I was in a bad Mexican restaurant based on the chili-based spices. Needless to say, I sent the pad thai back - fortunately it was taken off the bill. The breading on the general tsao's chicken was hard and tough to work through. The dish was also spiced improperly. Our friend's dishes weren't much better ..... a discombobulation of spices and poor

Very affordable great food. We just moved across the street and we're really happy we found a good Chinese place that's so close. The steamed dumplings are on point!

I have been a customer at this restaurant for a long time, after tonight's experience me and my husband will not be back. We ordered orange chicken and shrimp with lobster sauce. When it came out it looked like soup and the peas and carrots were frozen. When I asked about item this young kid was not helpful in any way. We told him we didn't like it and just walked off. As we were leaving the restaurant one of the children made a barfing sound. We will not be back. Poor service..sorry it's under new management.

My favorite place to order Chinese & Thai takeout. My boys are huge fans of the sesame chicken and spring rolls. I like the fact I can get crunchy vegetables and food with heat. Prices are reasonable and you can order in advance via a online ordering system. So easy and delicious.

I've had my fair share of take-out from Chinese restaurants and I usually expect mediocre quality with occasional suprising excellence. This place was completely terrible. We ordered:
1) Red curry beef. The sauce was nothing like red curry sauce. Just some glaze that tasted like beef stew.
2) Basil chicken with only bamboo and extra sauce. I received chicken with every vegetable under the sun and no extra sauce.
3) Fried cheesy wontons. They were crunchy on the outside, super doughy and chewy on the inside, and had no cheese in them.
4) Spicy Szechuan fried dumplings. These were horrible.

Very good food. Good prices. Heavy accents, sometimes hard to understand.

Not greasy or full of junk. I like it!!

I had to wait 10 minutes before someone came to my table to take my order. I was really upset, have never had to wait or wave someone to attend my table. I ordered Mongolian beef and man it was sweet like a dessert. I sent that back and after 5 minutes they send the same thing out again just put some chilly in it. The server did not even bother to come back and ask me if I was happy with it or not.
One of the worst experiences I had here in Chattanooga would never step back again, they might have saved on the dish by serving me the same thing again but they lost a customer. I will stick to P F

I am here eating lunch for the 3rd day in a row. It is absolutely awesome. Best Chinese in Chattanooga. People are awesome. Lunch is 6 bucks and it rocks.
