I ordered from this restaurant yesterday through DoorDash they charged my card three different charges and amounts for one order those amounts were higher than what I authorized on DoorDash for them to charge for my order. They also charged me an extra $4.80 for my two sushi rolls when the roll was supposed to be $7.50 I ordered two of them which would make them $15 total for the two rolls they charged me $19.80 for two rolls. The Fish and the cream cheese tasted bad and funky like it was old and outdated.

I have to say that I really started out liking this place. Even during Covid, I would order quite a bit. In the last couple of months things have changed drastically. I'm a very patient and understanding, and " in the know" person. So I truly get it if they are understaffed.. I'm not saying that they are( I don't know) , but, I took that into consideration during the not so pleasing service I've had with them a few times lately. They left out things on 3 delivery orders. No discount. I'm very patient and decided to forget it all. So, I ordered again. The Uber

My husband has a serious food allergy to mushrooms. I called ahead and asked if the Kung pow chicken had any mushrooms in it that my husband was allergic. They told me no it does not have mushrooms. So placed our order online picked up got it home and tada mushrooms. I'm so angry if the mushrooms hadn't been on top we would have had a trip to the emergency room. We will not be back after being lied to.

Just completely bomb every time. Favorite sushi in Chattanooga by far! Never forgets an extra soy sauce, yumyum, napkins, all that! Highly recommend the Philly roll, the salmon and tuna spicy rolls, the pan fried pork dumplings are great. I see Shangri-Looniehoonie got some negative reviews... try it for yourself! You won't be disappointed. Thanks shang shang!

I've been ordering here for the past 7 months and this is my favorite place to order Chinese and sushi! (Today was my first visit inside. I've been getting delivery.) The food is delicious and the service is quick. Also, they have a 97 score! I highly recommend Shangri-la! I already have other members of my family eating here!

It’s official, the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Crab angles look appetizing, yet they are filled with a liquified cream cheese and maybe one tiny shard of crab meat. Very poor quality meat, chewy and stringy. Egg rolls just have cabbage, nothing but cabbage, nothing else at all. You’ve all been warned.

Great if you like sugar poured all over your food. I've tried it twice. Surly staff served entrees literally drenched in sugar. The second time was pepper chicken where the sugar was so concentrated you could actually see the granules on the chicken pieces. I know people around here love sugar on anything, but this was just disgusting. The actual chicken both times did not taste fresh, either.

Open late during weekdays to my surprise. While the other burger joints nearby were crowded due to the concert nearby, we remembered this little place and thought we'd check it out. It looks like a lot of UTC students come here for take away or to dine in. I had the veggie lo mein with extra crispy tofu and it was really good! Veggies were broccoli & zucchini with a lesser amount of mushroom and onion. My friend had two sushi rolls and said they were both very good. I will definitely come back again & maybe try something else from the menu!

I ordered dinner through Uber eats and I was super impressed with how fast the food got here and it was hot and fresh when it arrived. From the time I placed my order my food arrived within 20 min. I ordered the schezuan chicken and Mongolian beef with fried rice and each meal comes with an egg roll. The food was good and it was reasonably priced!! It was around $25 for both meals with delivery, can’t go wrong.

I live downtown so I've tried this place about 4 times now. The staff is extremely rude here and I was made to feel each time as though I was an imposition for coming in there to spend money. The food itself isn't a saving grace as it was always bland, nearly tasteless and steeped in mediocrity. I feel that 4 chances is enough. I won't be visiting this place again.

I ordered sweet and sour chicken. Order was wrong, which was an honest mistake. I wasn't upset. I stood there while they remade it and watched them yell at each other over the mistake. I got home with the "sweet and sour chicken". It consisted of rice snd chicken. No red bell peppers, no green bell peppers, no onions, no pineapple. It was literally just rice and chicken. If you want to stay open, treat your customers right. You can't cut corners forever. It simply was not Sweet and Sour chicken. It was rice and chicken. I deliver for doordash and have had to interact with with the workers of this restaurant dozens of times. They are extremely rude. They don't acknowledge or greet people that come in for pickup orders. Sometimes there are missing items in the order and when asked if they would come over to look at the order and the order screen, they get defensive, extremely rude and refuse to follow up with any any sort of decent customer service. In these times where restaurants are really suffering due to the global pandemic, it's more important than ever that people choose to support small businesses

Solid four stars. We really like this unassuming spot downtown. I am pretty crazy about their rock shrimp. Sushi is fresh and tasty. We don't go exotic here but the mainstream stuff is very good. We did take out once and the rock shrimp suffered ....but now that we have an air fryer I am all in. Super friendly people.

A hole-in-the-wall Chinese place in downtown Chattanooga. We randomly walked in not expecting much, but were very surprised by the quality of the food.
Although it was tough to communicate with our waitress, she was still able to make sure the food met some dietary restrictions.
There isn't any draught beer, but has a good selection of Chinese beers. I highly recommend the General Tso Tofu and Veggie Fried Rice.

I order delivery from here fairly often. A couple of weeks ago I was out and about and decided to order for pick up. I hadn't actually been in the restaurant in a couple of years and was surprised to see that they had remodeled. The space is smaller than when they first opened, which isn't a bad thing.
There were several people eating in and even more people coming in to get takeout orders. They seem to have a good flow of customers.

My son and I were wondering around downtown and he saw they had a sushi sign out. We went in to check it out.
The sign outside was wrong in the lunch special end at 3 so we missed out on that. R i p. We still got their Sushi special was cost a little bit more but it tasted really good.
Little kids were running all over the place barefoot and watching tablets and being very loud. Being typical kids, didn't bother us. There were about 5 of them in a table and I'm pretty sure their family ran the restaurant.
