Best sushi in Chattanooga! The family that owns the restaurant makes you feel like you are walking into their home when you arrive. Once things settle down, would love to come by and just order a chef's selection of their sushi. Portion sizes are appropriate for the price level and quality is excellent. Would love to have a few more spicy options, but out of what they have available, the spicy tuna and Philadelphia are top choices. They can get busy quickly, and staffing issues are still slowing them down, so make sure to schedule that time into your trip and know that your patience will be rewarded

I am so dissatisfied with this. I was walking by and there was a sign that said “hey we have Ramen” (not the wording of the sign honestly, just a summary) so I am like “I love ramen, haven’t had it in forever!”
I get some to go.
I get it home and open the bag, it was literally less than one bowl total and cost 17 dollars.
Was it good, oh my gosh yes. It was amazing but as soon as I started really enjoying it, it was over.
Two pieces of beef and I guess enough noodles.
I won’t be back.

We arrived around 6 PM. We were advised of a 20 minute wait. The time passed quickly as we surveyed our surroundings. Wow, a delicious meal! We ordered the City Scope Boat and it was a great selection and large portion of food. It comes with the Blue Ridge, Dragon, and Pink rolls which we thought were awesome, as sushi lovers. It also came with some tempura, chicken teriyaki and soup and salad. Our first time here & we will definitely be back!

While we are only in Chattanooga for our anniversary I can say a safe bet for good Japanese food is Sushi Nabe. With a quaint atmosphere and an impressive drink menu I highly suggest the beef gyoza since it has a nice kick. If you have the mouth for it the Hollywood roll is good if rather large and rice-less. The veggie entree is fabulous even people who like meat should def try it with a lovely little cucumber roll. The variety of sushi is impressive and well made with a nice ratio between ingredients and a myriad of sauces to dip with and any sushi that fits your fancy will be here.
