Services
New to Pilates? Start with our introductory sessions first to get acquainted with some of the basics and equipment. Commit to your Pilates journey and enjoy all class levels based on your personal goals on the Pilates reformer. At Flow, we offer flexible private and semi-private Pilates & Yoga classes for a more customized and personal experience.
To cancel a session, please contact the studio or your trainer 24 hours before your scheduled session time. If you cancel a scheduled session with less than 24 hours notice or do not show you will be charged for the full amount of that session or class. The studio allows TWO emergency late cancels per year.
Pilates is a system of exercises that focuses on the strength of your core or trunk muscles. The core muscles are the deep, internal muscles of the abdomen and back. When the core muscles are strong and doing their job, as they are trained to do in Pilates, they work in tandem with the more superficial muscles of the trunk to support the spine and movement.
Arrive on time - we allow a five-minute grace period for classes. If you arrive within that five-minute window, please enter quietly and gently unroll your mat. If you are more than five minutes late, please check our schedule to find another great class to attend that day. Inform your instructor of any injuries or conditions that may require modifications during your practice.
We truly believe that you will be the best teacher you can be when you learn not just how to teach postures and classes, but also learn to express yourself through your teaching. Some people like strong classes, some gentle classes. It goes beyond that though. Regardless of the 'intensity' of your classes, you as a teacher express how you interpret yoga and its benefits to your students.

I absolutely love Gina and her studio. I feel so comfortable in this space. Gina is a fantastic and skilled instructor who pays very close attention to the needs and ability of each body. I have some troubling back issues, she’s been so awesome at helping me regain strength and reduce pain. She’s also just a really fantastic person, whom I enjoy spending time with. What a great experience I had. It was my first time doing hot yoga in morw than 5 years and it felt amazing and thr studio was beautiful. The instructor was very calming and amazing. Will be going back often.

This place is amazing and has some very fun instructors. The instructors and staff are almost like a yoga family, each offering their own special caring twist and spin on yoga during classes. Also, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and answer questions after sessions. They bring their expertise to the mat in a way that supports the individual while uniting the group all at the same time!

The teachers are so amazing here! My daughters and I have done the yoga and Pilates classes, both private and group. You feel so refreshed, strong and balanced after the classes and it just gets better and better. It’s a great way to stay healthy, strong and balanced. The new virtual classes On FB are so awesome. I did Gina’s stress relief class yesterday and I am still feeling stress free and wonderful. It was just what I needed.

I just started taking Pilates at this studio & have loved every class I have taken! I started with the 3 intro private classes even though I am familiar with Pilates and I am glad that I did. Gina gave me some great pointers I hadn't known before. The instructors are so knowledgeable and friendly. It is also so clean and I look forward to trying out more classes.

I love taking hot yoga classes at Flow Pilates & Yoga. It's a super cute studio with wonderful instructors, staff and members! You feel good and positive energy as soon as you walk in! My favorite instructor is Laura Llanos. Her classes are challenging, she offers modifications, and is always encouraging. Her voice is soothing and she always has beautiful words that leave you feeling energized and inspired!

Laura Llanos is my favorite yoga teacher in the Tampa area. Her classes are challenging, yet she offers modifications which make it accessible to everyone! The music is always fun and I leave feeling strong and rejuvenated. Her personality is so warm and encouraging. She is welcoming to all and really cares about what she does. I love yoga with Laura !!

Flow Pilates and Yoga center is a wonderful place with amazing, friendly and down to earth instructors. I tried classes with their Groupon first and liked all of their classes so enrolled in Unlimited Yoga membership. They offer so many different classes from challenging Hot yoga to melt away Yin yoga. No matter how stressful the day is, at the end of the class I always feel energetic and relaxed. Laura Llanos is a wonderful instructor, sweet and friendly. She pays attention to students and makes sure asana is done correctly so joints are protected. Sydney is a great instructor and her Warm yoga
