LOVED this place. So sad to be moving our due to a job change & engagement. Management is so kind and understanding and maintenance is fast! The community is quiet and is mostly families and singles (not a lot of college students which is nice). I loved my place as well. The unit is a little older, but it is spacious and well maintained. 5 stars all around. Thank you!!

My mother is an amputee and Cindy has gone above and beyond to accommodate her needs in her apartment! Cindy is always willing to help with any situation. The maintenance men are also quick to respond and have done a fabulous job placing grab bars etc in her apartment! Brazos Point has been a superb place!

This is a great place to live either as a student, individual, or family. The location is near grocery stores and other amenities. It's also on one of the bus routes. The neighborhood is quiet. Our office staff is so nice and helpful! I've lived here 2 years so far as I attend grad school and have no plans to move out currently until I'm done. Very affordable rent, water and internet included

I have lived here for 4 1/2 years and it has been an overall good experience. The management and staff are friendly and responsive and the apartments are reasonably maintained. The best quality is location as it is on a Texas A&M bus route and within walking distane of Jones Crossing. I would recommend.

Have lived here for over a year. Management is great and always willing to work with you. Apartments are a bit on the older side but they look nice and are perfect for their price. Maintenance comes fast and always goes that extra mile for you. Even came in the snow storm and took out the trash for us several times. There is monthly pest control and lawn service so pest never get out of hand or persist. Community is pretty quiet. No drama, no crime, just a nice peaceful place. Highly recommend living here if you are on a budget and want a decent apartment.

I lived at this complex for 4 years in a 1x1 and it was a great experience! The price is good, the complex is quiet, and the management team is always helpful. The complex is older but has been well kept up/renovated and I never had an issue with bugs. Overall, I enjoyed my time living here and the only reason that I left was because I was moving after finishing school.

I lived here 4 years. Cyndi the property manager is excellent. She took great care of me and is very responsive and friendly. I think it's a good value and, although the property isn't fancy, it is maintained well and is nice and clean. Maintenance is usually pretty quick . I would definitely recommend.
