Ordered Nemi on DoorDash and I must say that the food was definitely satisfying!
I tried their flavorful elote. Mmm! Mexican street corn is one of my favorites. I also ordered their Baja Baja shrimp tacos. I enjoyed the batter the shrimp was fried in. Also, dipped my tacos in the sauce -- so good! The Mexican food was authentic with a modern twist!
I am highly impressed with Nemi and will definitely eat here again.

Nemi was highly recommended by a ton of people on Facebook when I asked for the best Mexican restaurants in Philly, so I had to stop by. We went for brunch on Saturday right when they opened. I expected them to be swamped but thankfully they weren't, and we had a great time. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff were all very friendly. The margaritas were delicious and all of the food was great. They definitely prioritize the meat on their tacos, and make it the main centerpiece by cooking it to perfection. The salsa trio was reasonably priced, and the Roja was the best one our of the three. Definitely

This review is based specifically on the food as I did not have a dine in experience...yet. The food was everything I expected! I've heard a bit of buzz about this place and finally had the opportunity to give it a try. For my takeout I ordered elote, baja shrimp, and tres leches.
Let's start with the elote, it came as 4 small pieces of a a whole corn on the cob and it was loaded with the mayo, cheese, and spices so it had all the flavor and I enjoyed each bite. The Baja tacos was a pleasant surprise as I didn't realize the shrimp was deep fried initially when I ordered it

We were looking for a good Mexican place to fix our fix for Mexican. We found them on Uber Eats. Unfortunately I can't speak of the place and what's inside it's four walls. But what I can share is the experience we had with the food we ordered. I love some chips and salsa or guac. I like a bit of salt of my chips and a crunch to the chip. Their chips had both. The guacamole they served was very complimentary to the chip. Now the tacos, man these things were SO tasty. This place was so good, my gf recently ordered from them again. I do believe we have found our new Mexican eatery

My friends and I loved this place!!! The food was delicious and the staff was beyond friendly! Came here on a Sunday night craving elote and got not only fresh elote, but also a few other amazing dishes. The dishes were sharable yet affordable. My friends and I will definitely be returning to this cute place. We really loved the atmosphere of this restaurant and the authentic Mexican music they played. They offer indoor and outdoor dining and the desserts they offered were also incredible.

Awesome happy hour spot in the neighborhood. Picante margaritas have a nice kick but are easy to drink. Carnitas and Steak tacos taste great and are surprisingly filling, as are the empanadas and elote. Dessert options include tres leches, flan, and churros. What more can you ask for?

What a wonderful place we found by accident! We had guacamole, street corn, and queso fundido (with mushrooms) for appetizers. All were great! Definitely recommend the corn because it's delicious and totally unique. Questions with mushrooms also delicious.
For mains we had a aguacate tacos and steak fajitas. Both were super fantastic! Highly recommend.
Also we were there with small kids and it was good for them in terms of 1.being entertained by the food (dipping and small pieces) 2. Restaurant staff were friendly and didn't act like we were annoying

If you're looking for authentic Mexican cuisine that rivals any restaurant in Philadelphia then you have to come to Port Richmond.
Trust this advice from a Latino that has eaten Mexican everywhere for 30+ years including Mexico City.
Full disclosure. I live around the corner and have dined here more than 10 times including takeout.
The food now always fresh and consistently duhlicious.
My favorites are the costilla and CDMX tacos, guacamole, elote, plantanos and the enchiladas Rojas.
The costilla are short rib and the CDMX are their take on Al pastor with pork belly. Amazingly duhlicious

Went for brunch and ordered the chilaquiles and baja tacos! Everything was so tasty and perfectly cooked - the shrimp had a perfect blend of heat and brightness with the pickled onion. the breading was so crispy I think these might be my favorite shrimp tacos 😬
The chilaquiles tasted fresh with homemade chips and salsa, the egg was made exactly how I liked it and they had the perfect amount of cheese! You can tell ingredients are quality and that the chef takes pride in what they make. The Bloody Mary was also maybe the best I’ve had in the city, usually they’re made too watery

Great little Mexican spot with top notch decor, service, and cocktails. Feels like a neighborhood spot but with a little something extra. Great execution on enchiladas - no dry stringy meat here. Habanero mango margarita was great and not cloying at all.

I live ten minutes from this restaurant and have absolutely no idea why I've never been here before last night!
Was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the restaurant is. So nice and perfect for a nice dinner. Staff was friendly and attentive in a good way. My boyfriend and I each enjoyed a cocktail. We started with the guacamole and the shrimp ceviche appetizers. I got the short rib tacos and he enjoyed the pork belly tacos. We had no room at all left for dessert although we wished we did!
I'm looking forward to going back, supporting a local small business and enjoying another

I'm glad to finally have an opportunity to have dinner here. Nemo is fairly new to the neighborhood but has become a go to place for a lot of my neighbors.
It's a former corner bar that's been redone in a modern style. There's lots of natural light. After dark, candles are lit on the tables. Seating is comfortable. The bathroom was clean.
I started with a passion fruit margarita that was so good. Our server was knowledgeable about the drinks and the menu. The food was exceptional. My friend had chicken fajitas. She said they were the next she's ever had. They came sizzling

This place is awesome! The food has great authenticity while balancing it out with some new age flare. The decor it also really cool. With a modern, rustic, farmhouse type or vibe.
A definite must try and eat a Philly. Clean, service was quick, and the staff was very pleasant. Not to mention the beer and cocktails menu is also top notch.
