I have lived at Riverwalk Landing as a tenant since 2004. I am very satisfied with the current management. Cameron, the property manager, and Peter, the maintenance manager provide the best management since I started living here. They take care of the property very well and maintain the property in good condition too. They are very responsive and help with any fixes in a timely manner. I appreciate living here, and continue to look forward living here with my family.

Moving into this community has been a really great experience! Both Carmen, the property manager, and Peter, the maintenance manager has helped us out from many ways than one. They have been friendly and very communicative throughout our moving process. Not only that, but this area feels like a community and I’m excited to continue living within the neighborhood.

My husband and I just recently moved into these apartments couple months ago and it being our first time moving out on our own it was nerve wracking for me mostly but the Manager Carmen made the whole process smooth and answered any questions I had which was amazing. Nothing but positive things to say about the complex/neighbors and the area.

This is my first apartment and my experience has been amazing thus far! The manager Carmen made it extremely easy and so comfortable for us. We had a slight issue when we first moved in, She fixed our problem right away and kept us updated which made it comforting to know that she cared! my daughter loves to visit the office to say hi to her. I love where I live its so peaceful, Thank you Carmen!

I have been living here for a couple years now and I absolutely love it. It’s quite and property is always clean. Manager Carmen lives on site and is always out monitoring the community. She is nice, and is always on top of things. I love that she knows everyone because it gives me a sense of security. This is the perfect place for a family.

I’ve been living here for sum months now and hands down I love it!! Carmen not only made it easy but helped me out in every way to accommodate our move in To make sure everything ran smoothly. Everything inside as well as outside is kept nicely decorated and clean. It’s family oriented so everyone is super nice to one another. Overall great place to live and lots of things are close by which is a plus!

I have been meaning to write a review for Pete for the past year. Pete does the maintenance for this complex. He is constantly cleaning, fixing, or helping with something. 118 degree day he is outside putting in work. What prompted me to finally write this is seeing him cleaning the laundry area on his day off yesterday. I can’t count how many times i have seen him work on his day off. I just thought he should be recognized for his hard work.
