Roy and his staff are phenomenal! Roy has worked tirelessly to empower his residents but also to provide all possible resources for his tenants to thrive during these uncertain times.

I have loved living here! It is seriously such an amazing community! It is the perfect amount of space! I was a little concerned when I first moved in here 2 years ago however since new management took over they want to make sure residents are happy! UV Residential and Urban Village work together to make sure things run smoothly. Both the office staff and community make sure that everyone has masks!

I have lived here for five years. The people are amazing and so many improvements have happened with our new manager and staff. Roy and Miss Emma are always helpful and kind. And our maintenance person Edgar has done a beautiful job at keeping us looking go well. It is a delight to live here and have wonderful people around you. This community is strong!!!🤩

I have lived here for almost two years! It has truly become a community and a place to call home! I moved here as a fresh adult and everyone is so welcoming and the events are so fun! The amazing staff is always happy to answer questions and are super friendly! My dog Charlie and I have truly become so happy here and love the area!

This is an amazing place to live!! The apartments are clean and work orders get completed fast and efficiently. They take great care of grounds in the complex. They keep the playground clean and maintained for my kids to play on. The maintenance guy is great and always going around the complex making it better, fixing all of the potholes and even stopping to talk with everyone just to see how their day is going.
