When I was with my ex husband this was "our" place. We would come to this hotel to escape life''s craziness. The hot tubs on the balconies just added so much to the experience. The beds are so comfy and its just beautiful out there. Great hiking and biking trails and their deli is wonderful. We would always buy a bottle of wine at their little store and save it for our last night there. They even give you free movies to watch at the check in counter along with some snacks. Downstairs is like a cabin in the mountains with coffee, tea, cocoa, and other goodies always stocked. Fresh fruit is always

Quaint place fronting a very nice beach, there is a park with showers & clean rest rooms on one end. A walkway allows for strolling the length of the beach front. Most of the businesses are food or wine related & these have outdoor dining facilities.

Love taking the bikes to Avila for a ride along the ocean. Then ride through town and down to the Bob Jones trail to sit at the banks of the San Luis creek.

Hay ride, animals, ice cream, fruits, pies and more. Also if you like taking walks, the Bob Jones Trail is right down the road! I might also mention it has bathrooms if you are on a long trip.
