Enjoyed staying here 2 years in a row. Amazing facility and beautiful beaches. As many others have said, the older short hair female security guard is a terror to even the most behaved guests. I watched her from the balcony just walk around bothering people for everything. Scary that such little authority has made her this way or she just hates her job, life, and/or people in general. Either way, if Emerald Isle removed her, I'd give it 5 stars. The pools, hot tub, steam room, and sauna are great. Every condo has a perfect view.

We had new furniture in our room which was really nice. We slept 4 adults, 5 kids and a baby comfortably in the space we had. Our main complaints were that there was dirty bedding left on the fold out bed/couch and that the dryer in the room took forever to dry our clothes. The room could have definitely used a better cleaning. Overall though we were happy with our stay.

We have been coming to Emerald Isle Beach Resort for years!!! This place, just wow! Everyone is incredible! The Condos are beyond comfortable! The staff, the beach guys that set up their chairs, the amenities and location...PERFECTION! We will return again next year without a doubt! I give this place 10 Stars always!
