Dave is great and very responsive! The property was nice. Staying here was the best decision as I adjusted to moving and living in Spokane. I am so thankful that this was available!

Exactly what we needed for house hunting. Well kept outside features. In building laundry. Quite and in a residential neighborhood, but close to the highway. Landlord very accommodating to meet your stay needs. Apartments are fully furnished, with air-conditioner and WI-fi that works better than most motels we've been in.

Land Lord was great and willing to work with your schedule. Apartments are located close to the business, but in a quiet residential neighborhood. Location felt safe and was low traffic.

Totally great landlord. Very helpful and friendly owner. I lived in two different complexes he owns.... super great person to work with and units are clean and have everything you need.
