I have nothing but great things to say about The Oats. I called this place home for 2 years and I absolutely loved it. Only reason I moved out was due to a relocation. The neighborhood is quiet and calm and the apartment community feels safe. Maintenance requests are done quickly and Nory is great at responding to emails and answering all questions in a timely manner. My move in and move out experience was super smooth. I would totally recommend anyone to live here!

I would defenitely recommend this place for living. One of the best places to start your family as we did. We've lived there almost 5 years. Nory is one of the nicest and carring manager you can have as a property manager. We were blessed to be under her care. If you are looking for a place that you want to call "your home" you should defenitely choose The Oaks at Hackberry!!!

I move in the middle of Feb 2021 and so far things have been great. Had a few appliance issues that were Quickly corrected. Nory the property manager is on top of her game she is quick to reply to emails and help address any questions or concerns you may have.
This is a small very quiet complex and all my neighbors are extremely friendly always waving or saying hi to myself or my dog when they see her wanting to give her pets. We love living here.

Management and maintenance team are great. Neighbors are nice, they keep to themselves and are mostly quiet. Gated community with security patrolling at night. You get one assigned parking spot included with rent plus the option to pay extra for a second one. Grounds are always kept clean and gardeners come 1-2 times per week. They are pet friendly and reasonably priced. My only wish is that the fitness center was a little bigger.

First of all, the community director here is very pleasant to talk to and amiable. The living spaces are very comfortable and the management is always on top of any small and big concerns/repairs regarding your apartment. To anybody who is looking to live in a nice and quiet community close to many restaurants and store, I highly recommend this apartment community.

These apartments are great.
High cielings if you're on top floor, you have your own washer and dryer in the unit(new), beautiful kitchen, non smoking (have to go out the gate to smoke), gated community, quiet, fast maintenance, every week there's people making the place look pretty and clean, pool and hot tub and grill area, small gym, everyone's nice, manger is great and gets things done and very sweet.
I needed something fixed, I called maintenance and he came within 35min. That's crazy fast. He's a nice man as well. 😊

This place is absolutely a great place to live. I lived here for few years. It's a very quiet community, you would think your the only one living here. People who live here are good and courteous and just simply nice. It's a good place for dog owners too. They probably remembered my dog because he let's everyone knows that he's around. Nory, the manager is absolutely good at what she does, you can talk to her about anything and anytime. Mike is also good and fast whenever I need some maintenance. Amazing property!! Quiet neighborhood and well kept grounds. If you are looking for a quaint quiet community to call home, this is it! Nory, the community manager is so sweet and organized. She makes sure the grounds are kept in pristine condition. Maintenance is great as well and handle work orders quickly. Overall I recommend this apartment community to everyone I know!

I and my wife moved in The Oaks at Hackberry on September 5,2017 this is one of the great places to live in extremely clean, very secured, great neighbors . The manager is extremely professional and helpful in every possible way to make the tenants life easier. There is never any complaints and parking lot is extremely clean and systematic with the residents parking tags.
Gate security surveillance is enforced 24 hours and maintenance is top priority for the Manager. When the manager is very professional then everything is great.
We as elderly folks are very happy living in The Oaks at Hackberry

This is a legitimate 5 star luxury apartment and arguably one of the top 5 apartment communities in Sacramento County. When I first moved in - I was the first tenant in my unit in 2014. We loved it! After 2 years we left Oaks at Hackberry unsure of where the next year would take us, and didn't want to commit to another year. Eventually we settled in another property and missed Oaks at Hackberry soooo much that we came back.

I lived here for 18 months and it's the best apartment I've ever lived in. The place is quiet and clean, the neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves and occasionally smile and say hello if you make eye contact. There's a pool and a bbq grill for tenants to use, also a little gym if you wanted to burn some bacon after. The remote control gate also provided a sense of security and they also had private security that comes at night to make sure everything is secure. Oaks at Hackberry is an amazing place. I've lived here for almost two years and absolutely loved every second of it. It is a quiet and well-maintained property with very friendly staff. The inside of the apartment is exactly how it is seen in pictures: high ceilings, granite countertops, painted walls, white cabinets, dark hardwood floor. The patio is oversized and so is the bathroom. The outside of the property is gorgeous! Overall, it seemed like Roseville style living with very affordable price and great location. I would recommend this place to everyone. I enjoyed coming home every day!

I lived here for 4 years. Very quiet apartment complex. Non-smoking complex so you don't have to worry about cigarette smoke and odor invading your living space all day. The manager is awesome. She usually holds functions a couple times a year out at the pool area and is very kind and personable. Community is gated, however, there are no garages so you would be wise to get a car alarm if your car doesn't come with one.

Great experience at Oaks at Hackberry. Just moved out after 18 months. Leaving area or would have stayed. Manager, Nory, is great. Nice new apartments. Grounds nicely maintained. Had no maintenance issues while there. Love how professional the process, both moving in and moving out, was. I knew exactly what to expect.

The Oaks at Hackberry is a relatively new complex with everything you need -- units are spacious, they have stainless steel appliances, lots of lighting, and big washer and dryers. The complex is gated, you get a parking space, the parking lot is very well lit, and there is a pool and grill. The community director, Nory, and other staff are awesome -- they really take care of you and make you feel at home.
The only negatives I can think of is the community "gym," which is a small room with a couple machines. Wasn't an issue for me, since

I had a rough start but ended up loving my apartment. I was the first person to live in my apartment so no one knew the microwave didn't work. A week later my air conditioning broke. It sacked because I didn't even have a fan to sleep at night. All was fixed within a couple weeks.
I also needed sprayed for bugs the first couple months. The front loading washer is a bummer because they smell horrible and need cleaned AL the time. I agree the neighborhood is a bit sketchy at night. During the day it seems fine. Parking is also very limited.

Everything I could have hoped for! Quiet neighborhood, friendly staff, gorgeous apartments. These brand new apartments come with everything I would want in my home! The kitchens are HUGE and modern and I love being the first to live in my apartment. I recommend this place to all my friends and family and will definitely be staying here for as long as possible.
