We've only been here for a day and a half and so far it's been great. The neighbors that I have seen are nice and welcoming. Jesus Suris in the leasing office was so nice, helpful, and professional. My apartment is beautiful with only 4 small issues I want taking care of but so far everything is great. Stay tuned 😉

Coconut Palm Club is a beautiful community to live in! from staff to residents, everyone is friendly. Jeff assisted me from the very day I applied to live in this community. He was EXTREMELY helpful and made my transition to live in the community smooth. The maintenance crew is very responsive. The staff at this community really makes you feel how important you are to them. Thank you Coconut Palm Club! Thank you so much Jeff, you are an incredible person with an amazing personality! You are very much appreciated and I am sure everyone else in this community feels the same.

If anyone can stay away from this property you will thank me later .
Lately without any previous notifications or notice they increase almost $800 to each tenant rent . They only say that is because of the current market value and inflations values and because they are renovating
Thats a disrecpectful and thief way on doing things . They just dont care at all , soo basically they are taking advantage of all prices going up and increasing the rent all that money for a condominium that dosent have private security on field or gated access to the residential and no tenants assign parking .

Several weeks ago I had the pleasure to visit this community and meet with Jeff, the Leasing Manager. Jeff was extremely professional, polite, and courteous. Unlike some other communities my wife & I visited, Jeff took the time to explain their leasing process while showing us several apartments (very spacious!) as the grounds and amenities. We were very impressed, not only with Jeff's knowledge and professionalism but also the community as a whole. Coconut Palm Club would have been our first choice but unfortunately, our timing was a little off based on what they had available so we had no choice

We just went through the application process, we were assisted by Jeff. He did an absolutely amazing job, very informative and polite. The office was very clean and he was organized. The process was quick and painless thanks to him! The property is beautiful and offers great amenities at an awesome price. The whole staff here are very polite and helpful. No judgment passed over you, a welcomed relief when finding a new home!

I have been living here 4+ years. I enjoy the community. I have encountered great friendships with my neighbors. Before the Pandemic my grandchildren would love going to the leasing office for a snack and water, then go to the playground sit and eat. Energy is on ten and play play play.

My sister and I moved here in July 2020. We first came in February to get tour and that is when we met Jeff, the Property Manager. Very friendly, funny, professional. He took over an hour with us. Answering our questions and showing us around. Then the Virus came along. He continued to keep in touch with me while everything was shutting down! We knew this was where we wanted to live and he did everything possible to find apartment for us on our move in date. Everyone we met is friendly, willing to help once they knew we were new to the community. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND living here! Thank you Jeff

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Coconut Palm Club! Its by far the nicest place I found looking in northern Broward County and even into Palm Beach County. My apartment has a very homey feel with their design choices and finishes. It also has a great community vibe with treats for residents like weekly food trucks. My neighbors are all very polite and respectful. Parking is never a issue. Also this place is super dog friendly while also maintaining cleanliness. I lived in Coconut Palm Club for over 9 years. It was a GREAT/POSITIVE experience. Always felt safe living in the complex. Very spacious apartment. Staff is amazing and always very helpful. John, Maintenance, is very friendly and handles any issue promptly, as well as his staff. Brittney, the Community Director, is extremely friendly and goes the extra mile, to make sure you’re satisfied. I highly recommend Coconut Palm Club!
