Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 30-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is two times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

After have a horrible experience at another complex, San Mateo made my move smooth and stress free. The staff in the office was clear with all of the information that I needed to provide for my application. Every question that I had was answered clearly and promptly. My emotional support animal has been treated wonderfully. The apartment was clean and in good condition. The grounds are well kept and well lit at night. I am so fortunate to have found San Mateo.

They take good care of property, maintenance men work hard and do an excellent job, they answer my questions, they have helped me in many ways even when it came to my car.
