I just wanted to say both Hanna and Meghan are amazing. I moved here from Austin site unseen. They guided me through the process and helped me out a lot. My movers were not here until two weeks after I moved in and they let me borrow some furniture from the office so I could start my new job. I'm so grateful for all the help they gave me two amazing ladies.. Thank you both..

We lived here for 3 years and didn’t really have any problems. Move in/move out was a breeze, the location was great, and we always had quick and efficient communication with the front office if anything arose. Mike (the handyman) always stops to say hi and we were always known by name at the front desk. The pool was nice, the apartments were great, and when we had an issue with the downstairs neighbor it was taken care of promptly. We enjoyed it there and if we ever moved back into the area, we’d stay here again without a second thought.

I moved to Wilmington about a month ago and did that know a single soul. As scary as that was, I am SO grateful that I found Abor Trace. Mackenzie and Trevor (the management staff) have been so kind and welcoming- helping me get acclimated to my new home.
My neighbors are also great. Moving during a pandemic is hard, yet somehow i’ve been able to make friends and find a sense of community here at Arbor Trace.
I also have a rescue pup and he loves the long walks we take around the property as well as the dog park that’s just a two minute walk from our apartment.

We have lived here for almost 3 years. We have had very few problems and they were resolved very quickly. Our leasing agent and property manager are easily accessible and are very friendly. Our maintenance man Mike is amazing. The three issues we had were fixed within hours of reporting them.
The grounds are very well maintained with a landscaping company.
We love living here. It is a great mixture of retirees, singles and young married couples.
We highly recommend Arbor Trace to people searching for apartments in Wilmington.

I really appreciate how quickly the maintenance staff responded to my request. Mike is always ready to fix things, and comes prepared. He also make sure that my dog is comfortable with him in the apartment. I absolutely LOVE the staff at Arbor Trace, and appreciate how they've made this apartment feel like home.

We are in process of relocating to Wilmington from Raleigh and I came in without an appointment to inquire about an apartment. Mackenzie the leasing consultant was simply amazing!!! She took time to break everything down for me and answered my questions. Now I know my options and I am praying that my daughter and I can be able to call Arbor Trace our home in a month or two!!! Mackenzie, I thank you so much for all the time you took with me and it’s awesome to see someone who loves what they do and you definitely do!!! God bless you!!!

Best office staff of any apartment I've ever lived in. Trevor, MacKenzie, and Mike are absolutely phenomenal. Timely, efficient, attentive, and so very hospitable. The community is incredible and welcoming & the pool is perfect. I was so sad to leave and ONLY did so my dog could have her own yard to run in. Made life long friends I talk to all the time.

Heather and Maria have been great with our move-in process! It has been very easy to settle in, and issues have been taken care of promptly. Mike Marshall the maintenance and grounds keeper is amazing, and does an outstanding job of keeping Arbor Trace looking beautiful. This is home to my wife and I, and we enjoy the environment and friendliness here at Arbor Trace. AAA+
