I placed 2 orders via GrubHub. First one, driver took food but did not deliver.
2nd order they kept saying they did not receive money for first order and thus I won't be getting the food, which doesn't make sense as it is a problem on their and GrubHub's side.
I wouldn't eat here if this is how they work. And on top of it, they were not at all respectful over the phone even though I said I understood their problem.

Don’t order Uber Eats from here. It wasn’t ready when it said ready on the app. We got there to pick it up and they said 5min, which turned to 10min and then 15min… It was roughly an hour from the time we ordered till when we got upset.
The lady at the front desk has quite an attitude. They don’t care about their customers.
We cancelled our order and went to Spice Up down the street instead. They were ready in 20min and the food was delicious!! Spice Up also has a buy 1 get 1 deal on biriyani so it worked out for us eventually!!

They gave enough time to review the menu, food came timely and we were frequently checked on to see if we wanted anything. The only glitch being that they served the food before we had plates and they apologized for the same. The water was a small bottle, and that felt stingy.

Like usual I ordered Pav bhaji dosa which used to be tasty. However, at this time they really ruined it for me. I literally received dosa with red mashed potato stuffing filled in name of Bhaji and it tasted worst. C’mon I can atleast distinguish between potato and bhaji. So now I probably won’t order during weekend.

Customer service and food is the worst i have ever seen in my life...i ordered two veg dishes and got one non veg dish and other dish i got was not even one i ordered...the best part is I ordered jalapeños… cheese samosa and got cheese corn samosa....the idiot at the counter did not even apologize for the service or the food or anything....please guys if you decide to go here think twice before going

Food takes not less than 50mins to Arrive.
We ordered Veg Fried Rice, it only had peas n rice. Same disappointment with Onion Masala Dosa, it was filled with Only Onions and just for name same some masala.
Completely disappointing..the day ended bad with a Bad food!

I really enjoyed it here! The food was amazing! The service was very attentive! I even threw them a curve ball I asked our server to pick my dishes for me. My only stipulations where to have a soup an appetizer… and a main dish. They asked me a few questions like do I eat meat and how spicy I like my food. I started with the manchow soup, chicken #65 and for dinner a very spicy veg kolhapuri and chilli naan. I highly recommend trying Vaibhav. and dont forget to have a mango lasie.

Vaibhav is one of the best Indian restaurants on the Indian street in Jersey City's Journal Square. I have frequented this place over the past few years especially for their lunch buffets. I believe they have the best weekend lunch buffet on the Indian street because of the wide variety of dishes they offer and the taste. (Only) Weekend buffets at Vaibhav include live (as in made to order) chaat counter, live dosa counter, a choice of starters, curries, biryanis, Indo-Chinese dishes, desserts and fresh Naan bread at your table. On average, I have ordered from them 1-2 times per week. The same order arrives with great inconsistency. Somes times it is very, very good, but 1/2 the time it is under cooked, missing items or poorly… prepared. Delivery is hit and miss and in Feb 2019 - I made 3 telephone calls saying I did not yet receive my delivery order, they lied and said it would be right there and then lied and said they handed it to me. Very brutal.

Since i am a biryani lover, i liked the biryani here. The chicken curry also was good. Pav bhaji, some veggie curry were average. Live dosa, some snacks items are good. Deserts although not so bad, they were average. Overall its good place to dine.

Food was very good. But the manager was very rude the whole time today at the banquet hall where we had a engagement party! Manager was very unprofessional and not cooperative. If I am paying money and giving my business to them I don't need to have people to be rude to me. They need to hire better management! We will not give our business to them ever again.
