Great place to grab a beer with 1 - 50 friends! Came here while living in NYC & when across the street (and never heard the noise which is great!)
Have been to several parties here & hosted one myself (pictures reflect party trays). Lots of good food and selection of bar packages. Staff are friendly.
They have pig roasts in the summer!
FYI - it was closed most of COVID and eventually opened for a couple days a week in the summer of 2021. Impressed they managed to stay open for being closed for over a year!

Really was a great establishment and night overall, staff was kind and helpful leading up to organizing my event and night of.
Felt very disappointed when looking at my credit card bill after the event however. Although I received a breakdown of the estimated invoice before, the bill signed off on the night of was NOT what hit my credit card. It was that total I signed off PLUS a deposit. For most establishments the total bill INCLUDES the deposit, not in addition. Be sure to clarify with the manager on the floor what you are actually signing off on. Clarity goes a long way, no one likes surprises

I enjoy beer halls in general (Asbury, The Standard), I attended a private party @ Zeppelin Hall. The space was very clean and conducive to a great party atmosphere. Ice cold beer on tap and the absolute best chicken tenders I've ever had. Free Foosball game on the lower level outside the bathrooms. Definitely worth a try.

Great place for a easy chill drinking with friends and family place. If you have +20 people coming in for your B-day and you don't want to spend $2000-$3000 due to many places saying its a private event type gathering due to size come to Beer Garden. Just walk in get a table drink and eat. no hassle

I've been to this place multiple times and I can say it's always a very pleasant experience! Tons of indoor and outdoor seating. There are three bars to choose from to order drinks, so you're never waiting in a huge line. The beer list is thorough but not too long so it's easy to find something you like. Also, the food is right with the theme and delicious! Very reasonably priced and great service. I know that I will be back here for sure!

Wish I could rate this place higher because it certainly has the potential. Awesome overall space with three different bars to grab your drinks, all serving the same tap list.

First time here for a Oktoberfest and it rained and poured just before I arrived, which I know was in forecast but they obviously didn't plan for it and the band had to stop playing even tho there was the tent poles outside ready with no tent. The only covered area was bar and very limited seating/ crowded and dog owners letting dogs jump up in barstools not allowing for any standby women sit down which was a bit rude and not gentleman like. And they ran out of all the fan faves -pretzels and fish and chips which we came for and it was still early in the evening at 5pm on Saturday so settled

Have been to this place so many times, not sure why I never reviewed. This Biergarten is probably one of the best in NYC, Brooklyn, Hoboken and Jersey City. I’ve been to several and they either range from clumsy, loud, pretentious, dingy to you name-what-you-like. This place beats all of them hands down in terms of open space, beer selections ( I have to admit post covid it’s bit less than usual), sports live telecast from Soccer, Football, Basketball, Baseball to Ice Hockey, pick up your food from the counter. This is a very large area and you can really have a fantastic time with friends

I have been here couple of times now.
Over all, a great hangout place with friends as they have fire pit, nice outdoor seating, big screen for games nights plus free parking in the back.
However, make sure you eat something & go as they have minimal food choice, plus music has always been eh and the place could use a little more disinfectant.

Great spot for a large group. We were a party of 12, it was busy even for a Saturday with rain. Wide selection of draft and bottled beer so there's something for everyone. We ordered a large tray of food to share (ring of fire) that came w a huge pretzel, sausage, potato salad, pickles, two other meats I think pulled pork and beef, in addition to chicken legs and fries. Zeppelin Hall is such a fun spot! When in doubt, you will have a good time. The back area is huge and filled with picnic tables and an outdoor bar. There's usually live music on the weekends too, which makes it an even more enjoyable spot. There is spacious indoor seating as well with a German vibe to enhance the Biergarten experience.
As far as food, they have a ton of options ranging from various sausages and pulled pork, to fries and pretzels. You can order for large groups and it comes with a TON of food. The food is great and the prices for both beer and food were inexpensive!

Zeppelin Hall will forever be one of my favorite spots in Jersey City. I'm way more of a bar/chill outdoor scene kind of person, and if you are too then you should absolutely check this place out. I first came here about four years ago and have gone regularly ever since. There's a wide variety of beer, the food is delicious, and to top it all off- it's extremely affordable. It's a very spacious bar right along the Hudson River, and you're just guaranteed to have a good night here.

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. On one hand it's a great hangout spot to gather with friends and enjoy some food and drink, while on the other it is apparently a place that often over serves without regard for the safety of its patrons and the community it inhabits.
Vomit is often the remainder of a Friday or Saturday night at Zeppelin Hall, and as someone who lives in the area and used to work in the restaurant industry, it's quite shameful that this has been allowed to continuously happen week after week, without at least cleaning it up at the end of the night.

I love coming to Zeppelin Hall. This is a great bar with lots of indoor and outdoor space. And they have a large parking lot. They have an awesome selection of beers and really good food items. I recently came on a Friday night with some friends here, to just chill and have food and drinks. I enjoying trying out different beers everytime I come here, since they offer so many, but my favorites will always be IPA beers. And Zeppelin Hall offers at least 5 to 6 different ones. Cant go wrong with any of their lagers, pilsners, or dark beers either ;) For their food, it is amazing. Love all of their

This platter was HUGE - could probably feed like 6 people. Far too many fries, in my opinion but they were good! Could be more meat. Everything was delicious and flavorful except for the chicken pieces which tasted like nothing.
The place is fun for a night out with friends for beers and meaty grub!!

Hosted a small birthday event here with about 15 people recently on a Saturday late afternoon. I thought our waitress was great and that she was very attentive. It was also very easy to book an event at their main hall and the event coordinator was easy to work with via email.
The reason for the 3 stars is because we saw about 3 or 4 people from other parties take food from our buffet even though it was a private event. I tried telling a few of them that it was a private event and that this was food I paid for for my own party. A couple didn't care and one literally ran away into the other

This place is huge!! I came in last Saturday when they opened and had a great experience. We hung out by the fire pit, grabbed drinks at the bar, and ate some really delicious German inspired food. We were pleasantly surprised when the chef came over to our table and offered to try some stuff he was working on in the kitchen and he ended up being a two time chopped champion! The real show stopper for me was the pretzels that are imported from Munich, Germany. This was the best soft pretzel I have had in my whole life! Clearly not following any pandemic guidelines. Went on a Saturday evening and it was completely over capacity inside and outside- we could not even get a table. Observed no social distancing, mask wearing or table sanitising. Loud drunk crowd of young 20 year olds clearly not caring about the pandemic. Not to mention it was the tackiest bar I've ever been to. Didnt feel safe even ordering a drink ( and gave up after standing in line for 15 minutes) I doubt they were washing glasses carefully. Left after about 15 minutes. Will not be returning
