Bobby and her team at new concept were amazing at helping us with the entire process from the application to arranging all the details for moving. We initially applied for a home that unfortunately we didn’t get because someone beat us too it, but the experience with Bobby was so great, we knew we wanted to rent through new concept. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with New Concepts. They are responsive and quick to resolve anything. When Aneesa came to do our 6 month inspection (which I have never had with a property management company but I LOVE it) she made it easy to schedule our appointment based on my schedule AND she was able to get some pending items resolved from when we moved in. What a relief. She was super pleasant and respectful of our time and our home. All around a wonderful experience and I am looking forward to our next 6 month inspection. Such a great practice for both the tenant and the landlord

Our property manager has been extremely responsive and professional. He’s quick to answer my many questions. Renting a property sight unseen os stressful, Ernie has made the process pretty painless. Will update review when we actually get to the property next month!

And after calling and applying with MANY Property Management companies, New Concepts was the only one that consistently responded and scheduled showings promptly. New Concept is a great company that goes above and beyond for their customers. We had a switch to come up for our house and we had to sell quick. We went from trying to rent it to selling it and they took care of us every step of the way. Dino and his wife were great, and Kristie their realtor helped us out tremendously. Kristie was very professional, always responded and answered all our questions, while also selling our house within a couple days. Couldn’t ask for any more from Kristie and the new concept team. Highly recommend for any one selling/renting your home!

The team at New Concept continues to provide me with the best property management I have ever had. They have never taken more than a few hours to respond to my requests, which is especially appreciated when they are urgent. The external professionals they have sent to my property to replace and fix things have been of the highest quality.
