This studio is one of the best in Denver. If you are looking for highly trained instructors who utilize classic pilates techniques this is the best. I drive across town to come here because Dana is that amazing. She has helped me improve my overall flexibility, strength and has drastically reduced what was regular back and knee pain. I look forward to the session weekly and consider it money well spent. Highly recommend.

Dana Shriberg, the owner of Denver Pilates Movement, is simply a terrific Pilates instructor. She understands and communicates the mind body connection that is at the center of Pilates and makes you feel it, too. Her mat classes are a real Pilates workout that at the same time feel like meditation. She is able to give individual attention to class members at all levels in a single class.

Dana’s Foundations of Pilates class was amazing! She is able to target every muscle in a mere hour and I really feel a difference even after one class. Her encouragement and energy through the class made the hour go by quickly, and I can’t wait to take more classes with her and tone this body of mine. I would recommend her Foundations of Pilates class to all levels.

Pilates is the single best thing I have ever done for my body, and Dana is the most effective and thoughtful teacher, I have taken Pilates through foot surgery, torn muscles, a chipped collar bone. Dana always finds a way to adapt to injuries and chronic issues, while keeping workouts interesting, safe and challenging. My body is so much stronger and my ability to enjoy the physical activities I love at a higher level while keeping myself safe through better knowledge of my body just keeps increasing.

I have been attending classes at Pilates Movements since 2014. I have taken all sorts of classes, post-partum trying to get my core strength back, group express classes, private, semi-private and zoom group classes. Throughout my time at the studio, all the teachers I have worked with have been of the highest caliber and have a deep rooted understanding of body mechanics and Pilates theory. Whether classically focused or taking a more modern mix, all of the classes are sure to challenge and provide a balance of strength and flexibility. Highly recommend this studio if you want to have a great pilates

After 3.5 years of living in Denver and having no luck finding a Pilates studio that challenges me, I finally found the Denver Pilates Movement. Dana has opened her studio on Navajo in the Highlands. She is classically trained and has a talented mix of instructors who practice classic Pilates or modern types of Pilates. I am so happy and lucky that Denver Pilates Movement is in my hood! I finally found my Denver Pilates home. If you are particular about your Pilates practice, like I am, this is the place to try. You won't be disappointed!

I take classes virtually with Denver Pilates Movement, which helps me stay centered no matter where I am in the universe. Even online I'm able to follow the movements and instruction because Dana is so extraordinarily clear. She takes complicated Pilates movements and theories and breaks them down in a common sense way I can visualize. And most important, she shares pearls of wisdom every week - whether its teaching me more about my breath, or reminding me to be patient with my body, I look forward to her calming voice every week.

Dana is an experienced, knowledgeable and skillful Pilates teacher. I have had the opportunity to work with her for the last 3.5 years. She has a broad repertoire of resources and can meet any body where they are. Dana is creative, constantly learning and challenging her students. The studio is warm, friendly and welcoming. Dana has a great team working with her and it is always fun to have an online or studio class or private with anyone there! I highly recommend connecting with Dana and the team. Pilates is the best exercise.

Pilates has helped me grow stronger in every aspect of my life! Dana and the whole staff at Denver Pilates Movement are amazing. I have suffered from a pelvic imbalance for years, seeing chiropractors, massage therapists and doing tons of yoga! Pilates is the only thing that has helped me feel more stable in my pelvis. I love that I can take virtual mat classes through the studio as I do not live in the area anymore!

Dana Shriberg is an amazing Pilates instructor! I had never done mat Pilates before the pandemic. Through the Zoom app I have been able to take classes at Denver Pilates Movement. My flexibility and strength have improved. My posture has improved. I am now very aware of my body alignment and able to correct it when I “slip”. Every class is interesting, never boring. Dana always gives her students things to think about. I look forward to every class!
