Ari has been managing apartment buildings for over 20 years since he was 26 years old. Byron joined Ari 18 years ago and they work as a team to ensure that every property receives the utmost attention on a daily basis. That means that supervising maintenance, interacting with tenants, remodeling units and collecting and depositing rents are all handled efficiently and professionally.

When I moved over to Lotus West Properties I was very hesitant as my previous management company did nothing and charged me a fortune. I lived in an apartment in Westwood managed by Lotus West Properties for ~2 years. It was the absolute best company to rent from!! I feel spoiled by Lotus West and if I live in the LA area again I plan to actively seek out Lotus West Properties for my next home.
I work closely with Byron, who was incredibly responsive, kind, (and as a bonus, very funny!) in all our interactions. If I had a concern on a weekend or at night, Byron was to my rescue right away! I was always surprised and grateful for how quickly and effectively all my problems were solved. Lotus West is not like other rental agencies

I cannot recommend Lotus West Properties enough! They have been a fantastic company to rent from. Everything was always smooth, from the move in process, to maintenance requests and to moving out. Apartment was great and I always received assistance when needed. Being a first time renter, I had some questions about the move out process and Byron was absolutely wonderful; he answered all of my questions and assisted me throughout the entire process. Thanks to Lotus West Properties for making my family stay memorable in Los Angeles. My kid still misses the pleasurable and fun stay at the property. Loved living at Lotus Properties! The management was always very kind and reliable. The property is very clean, quiet and well maintained. Our apartment was updated and so beautiful.
