Jonathan is the best. He listens. He has more than 20 years experience. And he can coach people of all abilities. I’m 72 years old male and had a single lung transplant patient. Because of prescribed steroids I’ve lost so much muscle mass that just getting up the stairs was difficult. Meeting in weekly virtual sessions Jonathan organized a series of sitting and standing exercises, gradually increasing the reps and sets as I became stronger. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I have been working with Jonathan for almost 6 months. He is one of the best personal trainers I have ever met and he is extremely knowledgeable about fitness but also nutrition. I have learned a lot about proper technique and how to properly use certain machines. I feel much more confident and comfortable going to the gym with more understanding of what to do. He is well prepared for each session, attentive and able to make adjustments to best meet my needs on any given day (ie my wrist was hurting from an old injury and weakness and without missing a beat he added in an exercise to help strengthen

Working with Johnathan was an overall great experience even remotely from out of state! I described my issue on Day 1 and less than a month later achieved my goal through simple exercises I was able to do myself at home (one of which I had never considered and worked amazingly well) without need for equipment, etc. I had seen other trainers prior to John and they prescribed a myriad of exercises that didn't seem to address the problem. Would highly recommend.

I do not personally go to this gym, but I do follow on social media. The articles posted really help me with my own lifting here in Columbus, OH. They not only give educational advice about how lifting improves your way of life, but how to critique it to fit your lifestyle. I am a massage therapist by trade and am familiar with the anatomy of the human body, with an obvious focus on the musculoskeletal system. However, the only real nutrition that I ever learned was the recommended USDA pyramid, which I dismissed in favor of a fast food diet on the run complete with Twizzlers and Mountain Dew for a fast sugar rush.
