Keep up the great work and thank you for making the whole process of getting my property rented out so easy and pleasant. I managed my own property for so many years. It was always so hard to get a good reliable handyman, the calls from renters at the most inopportune times. Being a conscientious property owner, I always wanted to do the repairs right away.
This made it so stressful for me, as I had to coordinate the vendor with the renter. Then, I had to be sure the job was done well, and etc. I decided on Family Property Management (FPM). I'm so glad I did. FPM has been reliable and efficient. Their communication is excellent. They keep me updated with everything that is going on with the units.

If you are looking for a property management company who always try their best to take care of owners and tenants, you do not need to look further! The staff at Family Property Management are very experienced and professional. They always put their customers' needs first. Their owner Eric is well established and respected in the real estate industry. Renting a home in Summerlin with FPM was a great experience from application to deposit refund. We just moved out and 2 days later have confirmation of refund. All questions and repair requests were also handled very fast and communications were clearly delivered. Definitely recommend.

Family Property Management has been an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I rented our previous house for 7 years. Family PM was our third property management company we dealt with during that time. Out of the three companies it was night and day working with Family PM.

My fiancé and I were tenants at one of their properties for almost 3 years. We can’t say enough good things about Eddie and the team at Family Property Management. They were always friendly and easy to contact. Any repairs we needed were taken care of as soon as possible and they helped us get as much of our security deposit back as possible! We are very satisfied with them and they are a big reason we stayed at the property as long as we did before buying our own home. Thank you Family Property Management :)

As a Tenant, we had a wonderful experience with Family Property Management. We rented from them 2012 to 2017, and had a few repairs that were handled quickly (garbage disposal, water heater, washing machine). Every time we emailed/text them, we received a response within an hour or two. We received most all of our deposit back, had a couple charges for walls & paint, but were reasonable. I would have stayed longer with them if my family situation didn't change. I've had bad experiences in the past renting other homes, didn't have any of those problems with Family Property Management. Highly recommend

Family Property Management was such a pleasure to work with on all accounts. From the very beginning, they were respectful, quick to respond and communicated professionally. We even had a water heater issue. They helped us through the entire process with speaking to the owners and the company in making the repairs quickly. We are home owners now, and can happily state that Family Property Management gave us a great last tenant experience.

Eric and his team are awesome!
Eric took over 5 of my properties to manage about 4 years back. He has kept my maintenance cost low at the same time keeping occupancy rates to over 95%.
Mikhail the office manager is extremely responsive as well. Keeping me in the loop of everything going on with the tenants and the properties.
I highly recommend FPM.

Moving in was an ease. Eric and Mikhail stayed in constant contact with us and made sure to let us know they were around to help!
We paid the deposit, showed proof of all utilities being switched over to our name, did a walk through and was handed the keys. Even after move in, they're still very tangible and willing to help. They're a great company and I would definitely recommend them!

Mikhail is amazing! He is so personable and is always quick to answer emails/calls about any questions or concerns, even on weekends! When we moved out and were waiting on our security deposit return, Mikhail made sure to communicate the steps and update us every step of the way. He also checked up often to make sure we received it! It arrived on time and in full!
